“I called Wine Enthusiast since the cost of shipping this very small and light item was crazy and the nicely reduced it to a reasonable fee so I ordered it. Fast shipping, easy replacement and I'm all set! All good.”

“My wine opener was a gift and came from Frontgate. They will not supply replacement worms but will sell you the whole head...$$. The legacy unit is the same and its worm replacement fits perfectly. I recommend not taking the unit apart until the new worm arrives so the install is done precisely. Pete, Alva, Fl.”

“This is a great opener for the home, but in a commercial setting it does not stand up to the abuse of many different employees.We have replaced it twice and it is unusable for a third time.”
