“The product was fine but the experience was ver poor. I have a Legacy corkscrew unit with a marble base. It stopped working so I called your service department for help. I was then asked for the order number which I didn’t have because I received this unit as a retirement gift. The response I got was basically, “ buy a new unit.” I voiced my displeasure with this response. The service rep said let me see what I can do and I’ll call you tomorrow. That never happened, so I disassembled the unit, ordered and paid for the new replacement corkscrew, received it, installed it, and that was it. About a week and a half later I get a call from your service person who now wants to discuss my options. I told him thanks but never mind. The unit is great, and it was easy enough to fix, but your service person, “Agi”, had no idea what I was talking about, was not equipped or trained to deal with the call, and had zero sense of urgency.”
