Looks very nice. As with most things you have to assemble yourself, any small mistake or inconsistency in the product can cause a problem. I purchase a number of these N'FINITY racks. Most went together well. One had wood that was slightly warped in one area, which made it difficult to make the piece fit well - which caused other problems, including some splitting of wood from the screws since I couldn't get them into the pilot holes. Overall, a minor issue, but it did make it more difficult to assemble and the finished product isn't quite as nice on that piece. I like the overall look of all the racks, though.

It's a good quality wood . All rails were straight & holes predrilled. Easy assembly. My single unit is in a cool basement storage area. In my opinion not wine cellar display quality but perfect & sturdy. Mine is almost completely filled and solid using the supplied anchor.

Bought 5 of the 5 column racks and 2 of the 3 column. Racks went into a closet space. They worked out very well for my application. Went with the walnut stain. If you use a power driver with the larger battery things get a little tight. I would install the front metal/wood cross pieces first..This allows you to spread the rack to install the wood trim over the metal.I had to cut 4 inches off the top of each rack. So it was not a simple installation. Racking allowed for fairly easy modifications. I converted a 5 col to 4 column and customized 2 magnum racks between 2 5 columns. I also made a L shaped rack with a 5 col. to allow for my N'Finity cooling unit. Still have to modify a double deep section that will have the front section on wheels so I can access the bottles in the rear.Mahogany splits if not drilled properly. Don't over tighten. Redrill/predrill holes on front trim to match holes in metal brace. Old Masters Gel Stain "Rich Mahogany" is a good match for the walnut stain if you require any touch up.I have a 8' x 5'x 68" H closet that will hold over 600 bottles. 24" walk area. I was not as concerned as much about a perfect "finished" look as this was storage. If you were doing a "WineRoom" you may want to adapt some of the finish trim as they ended up being slightly different shades. No problem with Pinot or Turley bottles.I did have some broken/split pieces that I was easily able to fix with a little glue.Highly recommend, esp if it's on sale with "free shipping" as it was on the Labor Day sale.Folks at Wine Enthusiast were great to work with.
