When put together this is a great wine rack! Be prepared however to face the challenge. Make sure you have a decent power screwdriver, sort out and lay out all of the parts before you start and make sure you have some screw lubricant. (liquid hand soap works best) You may also wish to have a small drill bit handy as "almost" all holes are predrilled. Took a couple of hours with a glass or two of wine and some good music. When completed, it's a gem!! I mounted mine to the wall. If you fill it up you are adding over a hundred pounds of valuable wine. That would get ugly if it went over. Enjoy the puzzling, and a great storage place for your prized wine. Dave

Bought two racks of the same size and model as a test of the quality before filling out the wine cellar. Assembly was not too difficult, although predrilled holes did not always line up and one board split a small chunk off the end when putting in the screw on one unit. When putting the two completed units side-by-side, they do not sit the same and are not aligned well. Not sure if I will buy more yet, even though I have room for many more racks.

This rack fits perfect in our wine room We needed one with specific dimensions and this one, It is good that there are different sizes to fit different spaces.

I created my redneck wine cave in my garage. The room is below ground so I added a wall, sliding glass patio door, wine cooling unit and these semi custom racks. Looks great and safely stores wine in their individual slots. Holds about 350 bottles. I had metal racks before but these look much better and protect the bottles in case of momentary earth shakes that are prone to CA.

I bought 3 of these for my cellar, a converted albeit ancient wall-in fridge, and I can't recommend doing something like this enough . . . getting the racks, not converting old walk-in fridges. Having what is now an excellent display for my wines adds not only a tremendous sense of utility and convenience, but it also adds a sense of style and elegance that enhances the entire wine collecting and drinking experience! Unf., it also adds easy access to my better wines, which is dangerous!By the time I got to the third unit, I had learned some important tricks. Redrill the pilot holes and prescrew as many pieces as possible.

Fairly easy to put together, although you have to make sure the rack is square as you assemble it. The pre-drilled holes may not result in a level rack. Quality of wood is okay. I wouldn't use this rack if I wanted a high end wine cellar but it is adequate for casual storage. Openings also hold a 1.5L bottle, which is nice.

When the boxes were delivered, it seemed a little intimidating. The Instructions were buried in the box, everything was in order, all the pieces were supplied. I must say the people in Ohio have there act together. Now I must say you should have a little knowledge of wood working to make this project go easy. A nail gun is a must. If you do not have a nail gun BUY ONE! You will not use any of the nails that come with the project. I purchased 8 racks, and I was able to assemble the racks in a few days. Take your time read the instructions and you will have a great finished product. The support was outstanding, I messed up one piece and I had replacement parts in about four days. NO CHARGE!! This product is made in America, by American workers, so much the better. This product was not cheap, but "YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR" I would recommend this product without hesitationThanks Lue Ann for making this work.Do not forget to buy the molding. Its the icing on the cake.Jim W
