“Purchased the Five row Unit, two three row units and the smaller triangle box unit. It's all installed after a couple days of assembly. You need to be handy and have power tools to make it reasonable. I had a drill to redo some of the holes and a power screw driver to insert the screws with the clutch adjusted so you don't split the wood. Instructions I thought were adequate. Some parts were mis-labeled but the vast majority were fine. The quality seems good and the racks seem sturdy when assembled. I was very happy with the finished product.”

“This is my third wine rack, one more and my cellar will be complete. I was pleased with the quality though for the first time there were a few places where the wood was discolored perhaps due to being delivered in a snow storm. Dark lemon oil seemed to fix the problem. It does help to have two people to put it together to ensure a tight fit on all of the joints.I still get com,elements on how good the racks look.”

“It went together easily. It is good that I had a good power screwdriver and a power drill. The holes in the cross bar that covers were to small. I had to drill the myself.I also bought a Diamond Bin rack that was to ship the first of November. I called to see when I should expect it. They now say it will be December 8th. I would not have known if hadn't made a call. Not very good customer service.”

“this item received some poor reviews in past and I hesitated in its purchase. Quality is Very Good. Took 35 minutes to assemble each rack. I bought 4 total. Extremely pleased with product except for the one board that needed re-drilled (which I anticipated based on previous reviews).”

“Fairly easy to assemble, but need to make sure the outside racks screw into the bottom braces snug to make sure no slippage of bottles at the bottom occurs. Also, I found better drywall anchors to use from the hardware store, the anchors that come with the rack assembly are not very good.”

“Assembly was quick (maybe 20 minutes), and this looks great in our cellar.The only complaint I have is that the rack is too wide to hold narrow bottles of desert wine.”
