“As others have said it takes time to assemble (2 hrs.). All the parts were there, and none broken. Only one hole wasn't pre drilled. Good product for the money.”

“Great for wine cellar very sturdy and looks great but if you use an manual screwdriver your hands will have blisters like mine did.”

“I ordered on a Sunday night and Monday I recieved a new catalog and this product had free shipping promoted in it. I called customer service and they said that promotion was not in effect yet. THERE WAS NO STARTING DATE ON THE CATALOG. They would not honor the free shipping but finally offered to give me a a merchandise cupon for $50. That was less than half the shipping cost. I still have not recieved the cupon.”

“This product came with no instructions. It included 3 different sizes of screws when only two sizes were needed.After an hour agonizing over how to get it together, I found a link to instructions back on the wine enthusiast product site.There were 3 holes missing (that should have been pre-drilled).”
