“Shortly after receiving this unit, I wrote back to customer support for help installing it. Five days later no response.....not what I expected.”

“Terrible product, support, and company. Unit took nearly a month to be delivered. Temperature is inaccurate, you need to compensate with your own thermometers. Appliance came with manufacturing defects, I needed to re-drill the holes in the unit door to attach the handle. Unhelpful, non-responsive support. This company does not stand behind it's product. Go elsewhere for purchase, I certainly wish I did.”

“It is a beautiful piece of furniture, but it is VERY poorly constructed and not worth the price. The door for the refrigerator was not properly installed and is nearly impossible to open or close, making the refrigerator useless, and the doors up top stick and do not open smoothly. I would not recommend this piece of furniture for the price.”

“Have an issue with the build quality. One of the spring door is sticking and the spring inconsistently engages. I reached out to wine enthusiast for support but have not received a response.”

“The wine rack is sturdy and very attractive. BUT we can not figure out how to dim the very bright LED lights or use the power button... if anyone has advice please share...”
