The picture is not what we received. The wine cooler was set outside the cabinet. There is no access from the cabinet to get the cooler plug to an outlet. The entire room was covered with pieces of styrofoam. The wall in the entrance was scratched. Someone needs to call me and make this right.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Both PCB board or the LCD display board resolved my issue. When I called customer service and provided them with the error code E5 they told me it could be one of three things. The PCB board, LCD display or temperature sensor. The sensor is not in stock so I ordered the other two and my wine fridge still does not work. Trying to return the two items I bought based on their technical expertise and now they are giving me such a hard time to get my money back. Plus I have a 4 year old wine fridge that does not work and on top of that is has been discontinued. And when you try to call them it has taken from 1 hour to 2 hours just to speak to someone. And then when you are promised by the technician they were going to refund my PCB board when I sent multiple pictures to them of the problem it never happened. I would recommend staying away from Wine Enthusiasts for any purchases.

At this point, how after almost three months, we have only recently received the credenza. We don’t have the two refrigerators so I cannot tell you how the complete product is. I can say, the credenza is sturdy and looks like the pictures. There are no cutouts in the back of the cabinet for the power cords when the refrigerators are delivered, I am hoping that the people doing the refrigerator delivery and install will take care of that for us. Although at this point, who knows. Customer service has been extremely helpful during the weight for the delivery and the delivery people who bought the credenza to us were extremely nice. The delay has just been extraordinary.

This review is written based on service prior to receiving this item not on the use of the item. We ordered this before Christmas and it still has not arrived. The original 12/30 delivery date was cancelled by the delivery company noting the item had not yet been shipped by Wine Enthusiast. About a week later, a new delivery date of 1/13 was set. Hopefully it will come on the 13th.
