Wish I could give a review for the actual wine cooler..... but after 4 weeks of waiting, still no cooler. As many others have commented/complained -- the delivery service used by Wine Enthusiast is abysmal. They called to schedule, then said they'd call back and after waiting for a call that never happened, when I called they said it would be another 3 weeks wait. Who knows if it will actually turn up - right now it's sitting in a warehouse in Fresno CA ..... maybe it's chilling someone's wine, maybe not. But it most certainly is not chilling MY wine. Personally, I'd suggest buying from somewhere else based on the shipping issues. There are lots of nice wine cellars out there to buy.

I did not receive the Santa. It was a gift for christmas that did not arrive on time because you changed the delivery and shipping dates at least 5 times. This is the last time I order anything from you,

I'm still in the 48-hour wait period on my THIRD EuroCave S Wine Cellar and my first two have performed well, obviously. My experience with Wine Enthusiast and Metropolitan Warehouse & Delivery was a disappointing disaster, however. Wine Enthusiast sent conflicting and confusing notices of multiple delays, without explanations, only to finally "complete" the shipping notice without a definitive date (apparently the item was in the warehouse, but no one could confirm anything. Then there were delays in getting a confirmation of shipping from the Metropolitan Warehouse & Delivery warehouse. I had to do the follow-up toggling between WE and Metropolitan Warehouse to find out what was going on, with each pointing the finger at the other as to reasons for not processing a shipping date. I laugh at the fact that Metropolitan Warehouse calls itself a "white glove" shipper. My sense was the Wine Enthusiast was trying, but falling way short of getting this order to move along. Metropolitan Warehouse was terrible. In all my calls to them, I had no fewer than 17 calls ahead of me. Messages left with them were, true to form, not followed up on. In some, I would say good product, VERY POOR overall customer experience as soon as the sale was made and until the item arrived.

I would love to provide a review but I have yet to get anything but excuses on the rare occasion I have actually been able to get in contact with Wine Enthusiast. The payment for $2,481 was quickly accepted on November 29th and here I sit on December 24th with room temperature wine and nothing but questions if my unit will ever show up and what this supposed white glove delivery might actually entail if it were to arrive.

Ordered more than a month ago and still don’t have it. The most disorganized delivery process I’ve been involved in.

This barrel is not engraved. The personalized message appears to be a painted stencil or a sticker. I was expecting an engraved or etched wood product such as one would find on a cutting board.

I would write a review except it has now been a month since ordering the Ruskin Side Board but I have not received it yet. Be advised, their delivery partner is terrible. The sideboard has been in a warehouse in Illinois since 12/1 and is still not in Texas to be delivered to my Dallas residence.

I bought this ornament as a gift, it's very pretty and the person receiving it liked it. I was disappointed in the shipping package, it was a large box with paper in and the ornament was wrapped in tissue which made it sit on top of the paper instead of cushioning it. Some of the glass pieces around the top broke off during shipping. I would not buy it again unless they packaged better.
