“The delivery company that WineEnthusiast used to ship this $13k wine cellar for the $1k shipping fee was horrible to say the least. The shipping company cancelled on us for a few times. When they came after two months, they were under-staffed (two people came instead of three to move this 500lb cellar) and complaining to me… They refused to do any proper installation. As they were removing the cellar from packaging, they didn't unpack properly and ended up scratching the cellar. I refused to take the delivery, and delivery employees could not care less. WineEnthusiast then tried to get me to accept the shipment for $2,500 less, which I refused in fear of delivery people damaging our home. Overall experience was terrible. I don’t think I will ever buy nice stuffs from WineEnthusiast again.”

“If I could give this less than one star, I would. First of all, the delivery service was lousy. The delivery comes in two different shipments days apart. The third party service provider we had begrudgingly brought the unit into our space. Neither the cabinet nor refrigerator delivery unpacked the box nor set it up. The cabinet itself is way more rustic looking than what the pictures show. Large knotted wood was used on ours - so beware. There are no openings in the back of the cabinet for cords or ventilation - if you buy this, you'll need to either be handy with the right tools or need to hire someone to modify the cabinets. There are no instructions telling you what size holes are needed - you'll need to do your own research and hope it meets the refrigerator manufacturer's requirements. Also, within one week of having the cabinet the magnet spring broke. If it wasn't such a hassle, I would return this cabinet in a heartbeat.”

“Do not buy from this company!!!! Their shipping process is totally broken. They said they would call to schedule a delivery date. Instead, I got a notice it was being delivered and I was traveling! The delivery company's phone number rings and rings. I finally contacted Wine Enthusiast customer service and they were able to cancel the delivery. Now, I've rescheduled out to WE customer service again to get help rescheduling delivery. So, my product has been sitting in a warehouse for over a week. Crazy!!”

“Seems to work ok, but frustrating delivery experience. Wine Enthusiast makes you pay $200 for shipping, and they don't even unbox or assemble it for you. For that price, it should be white glove service - delivery, unboxing, assembly, and testing.”

“Ordered this for a remodel for a client. The sales rep never asked what side of door handle/hinge I wanted. All of the previous wine fridges I have ordered the handle is interchangeable. I called wine enthusiast and asked why I was not asked. There was not a good reason for why myself the designer and purchaser was not asked. Unfortunately I had to take extra time to recreate the design of the bar to accomodate the wrong handle. Wine Enthusiast was not willing to make the problem right, therefore I cannot see myself or future clients ordering from this company.”
