“This is the item I ordered, but not what they sent. I ended up with some crystal ball looking ornament with to champagne bottles sitting in the top like an disco ball ice bucket. I thought about sending it back, but too much hassle, so kept the wrongly delivered item. Can't leave a review on this ornament since never recieved it.”

“Unfortunately, we have to rate our experience a 1. If we could go to a negative number we would. We purchased this wine vanity for close to $4,000. When it arrived, the frame and structure were not square and level. This poor craftsmanship causes the doors to be crooked. We have tried everything to adjust the doors. The help from this website was subpar. We have asked for service or a replacement, and this company went silent. I would highly recommend never using this website to purchase any type of furniture.”

“Build quality seems low, seems and edges don't line up. There is a loud click when each refrigerator turns on/off, and a very noticeable hum while running. Temperature difference from top shelf to bottom is an excessive 8 degrees F. The unit does look nice overall though.”

“I can't recommend this product. My experience has been less than stellar. The cabinet arrived at my home on October 28 with blemishes on the exterior woodwork. In November 17 I finally received the two wine refrigerators that go with the cabinet. The instructions for installation of the refrigerators in the cabinet make no mention of the fact that the back panels of the cabinet must be removed otherwise you would need to cut out holes to run the plugs to a wall outlet. The Fragile Pak delivery crew had no experience with this setup so we left the panels off and sat the refrigerators inside. Wine Enthusiast discounted the cabinet in order for us to keep it, but I would not recommend this method of purchasing to anyone else. Too many aggravating issues.”

“Unfortunately, I wouldn’t know. The delivery truck showed up to my home last week and the credenza was not on the truck. I called and spoke to customer service representative who said they would call me back by the end of the business day the following day and I never heard from them. The local delivery company did call me back two days later and scheduled a delivery. So far, I have been disappointed with the communication and professionalism.”

“For $300 their delivery fee is ridiculous and a rip-off. It was described as a "white glove" delivery that included leveling the cabinet. Instead, the delivery team said "your floor isn't level" even though they didn't bring in a level. I actually brought one to them that they refused to use and instead they left the unit completely out of level tilting to one side and tilting backwards so that it looks terrible in the room, and of course will not operate correctly. Really upset, disappointed and dissatisfied with this company.”
