“The product is great and has great value for the purchase cost. I would not however again order from Wine Enthusiast because of the offshore managed shipping & delivery experience. It was horrific. Never ever ever again.”

“I can't believe you sent me this. As of today I do not have my cabinet. The fridge's were delivered but no cabinet. I placed my order May 7, 2026. After three different calls I've learned it might arrive on or around June 2 but I have not received any any emails about the cabinet being on its way. I am considering asking for a refund. This completley unaccecptable.”
