I wrote to customer service and have not received a response after a few weeks. The rack is not iron, just black painted metal tubing. It also only fits Bordeaux style bottles and not champagne or other bottles. The lighting is very bright and needs to be on a dimmer, and there is no back panel as it appears in the pictures. The rack is together now so seems impossible to return. Low value for the money, unfortunately and no customer service.

Still not delivered; delivery company has been unresponsive, wine enthusiast has completely handed it off. Got a review request before the refrigerator has even arrived (3 weeks after ordering and paying in full).

The wine fridge is very elegant and fits perfectly in our family room. I only gave it one star because it is very, very poorly assembled. The doors are do not align properly and because of that they don't open and close well. I have had to hire someone to come an fix it for me. Wine Enthusiast needs to reach out to or visit the manufacturer and bring this to their attention. The product should have been inspected before shipping it out. I am thankful that WE did give me credit to compensate for the repairs.

3 weeks later, no response from wine enthusiast on email, chat, or calls and still no wine cellar, would never buy from them again. Worst customer service.

A botched delivery process, no call, no show and another week of waiting for delivery is NOT a good look for Wine Enthusiast.

This place is a joke. Literally tried to cancel my order 5 minutes after placing it and was met with an automated email stating they would do their best to cancel. If they weren’t able to cancel in time before shipment, I would receive an email telling me how to refuse delivery. Of course neither occurred and a second attempt to get a response after receiving the order has also been ignored. Avoid this company and save yourself the aggravation. Ironic how the only correspondence is the emails nagging for a review. Well here it is.
