“I have never received my wine cooler !”

“I replaced an earlier version of WE's wine cooler (that served me well for 4 years until it shutdown for good) with this 18 bottle unit. Ive set the temperatures at 60 and 52 and after 48 hours they were at 54 and 48, three days ago I increased the temperatures to 61 and 60 and the unit now reads 53 and 48. This unit is a bust.”

“I have asked rfor a refund as it took so long to get the rack, now I don't need it. Can I return it please?”

“I tightened the screw to hold on the corkscrew assembly to the stand, and with not much force the fine threads stripped. I’m asking for a replacement, but if not I’ll have to have the threads redone and a simple bolt to hold it together.”
