It is amazing how I receive these auto generated emails to give ratings. What I am being asked to rate is a board for my wine refrig that is not working. You have sent me 3 different boards and it is still not working. I cannot get anyone to respond to my messages. The only messages I receive are mostly auto generated. Over the years I have had postive comments to make about Wine Enthusiast as a company with good service. With what I have gone through over the last month all of that as gone out the window and I would have a very difficult time recomending you. I would welcome anyone in your company to contact me....how about John Burke, VP of Customer Service whom I sent a message to........yet, NO RESPONSE......UNBELEIVABLE

I am not happy with the set up. I also do not understand exactly how it is to be plugged in. It was my understanding there was only to be one cord to plug into the wall, however, I see three behind the sideboard. Also, I cannot reach these chords or the outlet and I cannot move the sideboard because it is too heavy. I also see some Styrofoam type wrapping that I think needed to be removed, but I cannot reach it. What should I do?

Honestly, I would not know how the Wine Vault operates. The “white glove” delivery company Wine Enthusiast uses has failed to deliver the fridge 3 times… either missing the delivery dates and times I requested or just not showing up.

I was very excited to add this product to my formal dining space. The first shipment had a manufacturing assembly error- which Customer Service responded quickly to resolve. However, once assembled, I was very disappointed to discover the LED lighting was not adjustable (as stated by their AI assistant) and super bright. It actually draws AWAY from the ambiance depicted in the image on the website. I am strongly considering returning it.
