I can’t write a review on the actual product because after 4 failed attempts to line up delivery the delivery company can’t seem to understand that they are delivering to a business that is open from 8am to 5pm. 8pm delivery just want work. So frustrating.

I have not received my Nfinity Stackable 4 foot Wine Rack yet. It seems there is a back order and I would have appreciated knowing at the time i made the order. Instead the Wine Enthusiast sent an inferior rack hoping to replace my order. Not a happy cellar starter.

This is the worst possible company to do business with. For wine, certainly wine cellars or anything else for that matter. If no stars was an option - I’d have chosen that. My order never made it to us. After 6 weeks and an o ordination number of calls, emails and promises. Eventually, out of pure ineptitude, the order was cancelled. It took 2 weeks for us to receive our credit. And then today, I receive an email asking to provide a review. Hard to believe. Honesty, run away from doing business with Wine Enthusiast. At the very least check the Better Bureau, their objective product reviews or with your states attorney general. I wish I had.

The product itself is fine. But since it was a replacement for a EuroCave shelf that's a few years old, I called customer service to make sure I'm ordering the correct one. As it turns out it wasn't the correct one - mine was a sliding one on rails. When I called customer service, they passed the problem on to their shipping department, who never resolved the issue. Hence only 3 stars.

Still waiting for it to arrive! Was supposed to be delivered on August 27, then either September 2 or 3, now I am told I will be notified before it’s delivered, with no estimated time frame
