“I would love to review the product that I rdered back on March 8th except that it has not been delivered yet by the incompetent delivery company you have partnered with despite many attempts to communicate/coordinate with them and your customer service team. It was received in the local delivery terminal on 3/23 and I was never contacted for a delivery date until I reached out repeatedly to them. Still no date until I contacted WE customer service. I was then TOLD (no options) that my delivery date was 4/16 and I was out of town so I contacted WE and AM delivery and was assured it would not be delivered. However while out of town I received notice that the delivery was on the way and they were at my front door. Now it sits back in the delivery terminal and I have no idea when it will be delivered. This is the 2nd wine fridge I have purchased from WE and you can be assured it will be the last.”

“wine enthusiast asked me for review and 6 weeks after ordering them I have not received my glasses. I would not recommend ordeiring from Win Enthusiast!!!”

“It's very poor because it was delivered shattered in the box the packaging was very weak the taping was unprofessional and not enough bubble wrap”

“Bad product. Both sides exceed 55 db instead of the advertised 42-44 decibels. Cycles on and off constantly. Fit and finish/door alignment is poor. Lights dim when the units come on. Complete dissatisfaction here. Do not purchase this product.”

“Although I have been assured by WE that temperature variance is normal, our unit keeps losing temperature. I would not recommend this unit nor doing business with this company. Their customer service reps contradict each other and their attitude is that they just sell the unit, they are not responsible for how it functions”
