I was hesitant to order based on reviews but took a chance. The cabinet arrived damaged just as others claimed in their reviews. The damage was not due to shipping. The damage was on the inside and was clearly shipped that way. Also, the overall quality of the product was poor. I rejected the delivery once unpacked and was quickly refunded my money.

It has been about six weeks since we ordered this, still don't have it. Supposedly coming this week. Any suggestions on how to improve shipping times?

Dealing with the staff at Wine enthusiast was a pleasure. This is only a 3* rating because of the terrible and incompetent delivery service - not because of any issues with the Wine Enthusiast staff or the cellar itself. Dealing with the shipper they choose to use (AM) was a nightmare. The delivery company (with 2 men who spoke almost no English): - Rescheduled 4x, throwing our day into complete disarray. We had to call Wine Enthusiast 3x to insist that actually come that day. - When they did arrive, communication was difficult and they denied we were signed up and had pre-paid cor for "White Glove service" and for the removal of our old wiine cellar (a Sub-Zero). It took several more phonecalls and a super showing up for them to admit to the services we signed up for. - When attempting to remove the old cellar out of our pantry (admittedly a tight fit - but we had done this twice before with different delivery and repair outfits, including a compressor replacement, without incident) the men (who were small, not strong and didn't know what they were doing) caused major damage to a wall outside our pantry that is covered in Venetian plaster. - AM staff have promised to process our claim for repairs - we'll see how that goes. The cellar itself: so far so good. Time will tell, but it seems to be a good, attractive unit and a very good value. So, Wine Enthusiast itself gets 5*, their shipper, AM 0*. If you have a high-end apartment or house with expensive and delicate finishings (we warned them about this in advance) their chosen delivery and removal company just doesn't cut it. Either arrange your own delivery or go somewhere else. A shame - they need a different shipper (or at least offer an alternative shipper, even at a higher cost) who knows what they are doing and have delivery personnel who speak English, are informed about what the customer has signed up for and know how to treat high-end dwellings. I have not received this yet. Apparently it’s on back order. Disappointed that I have not received any notifications about a future delivery date.
