Product Manual is a 2 star, too glossy, for Great Britain, not USA, so the electrical current descriptions and/or requirements are not relevant nor accurate, and the photos are terrible (but they are presented in 8 different language versions) Love the product (so far, although they asked me days before it arrived or could be turned on)! FIVE STARS!!

WE DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS UNIT AT ALL. WE BOUGHT IT FOR OUR NEPHEW AND FIANCE FOR THEIR BABY SHOWER. IT DEFINITELY WAS THE WRONG DECISION. MY WIFE AND I ARE TOTALLY EMBARRASED. FIRST UNIT WAS SENT DAMAGED, SECOND REPLACEMENT RECEIVED, DID NOT WORK. MY NEPHEW RETURNED IT, YES I WAS CREDITED, BUT THE RIGHT THING WAS TO SEND A DIFFERENT UNIT FOR FREE. I DO NOT KNOW WHAT TO NOW BUY THEM.

It was promptly shipped. I haven't opened the box because I'm giving the decanter set to a friend for her birthday in September. It's too bad that so many places want reviews of things that the purchaser doesn't and won't use just because the item is a gift. Who designs these reviews - Artificial Idiocy (AI)?

Bad experience. Received it after many weeks of placing the order. This was expected, so fine. We had our professional installer come in to install the rack on wall, only to find out that the little blue button to turn the lights on and off was not working. We wrote to the company on three different occasions and using different channels; no response.
