“This replacement part took 8 months to get us. One of our coolers was inoperable for 5 months. We are grateful that Wine Ethusiast customer care replaced our defective cooler and agreed to still send us backup PCB. Thank you.”

“Had issues with delivery...Box delivered upside down and ripped in several places. Top of door was scratched. I sent pictures and videos and was told it was running OK, but a little noisy. No one ever addressed the scratch on top of door.”

“PLEASE REVIEW ALL THE EMAILS THAT I HAVE SENT EXPLAINING THAT THE LIGHTS DO NOT WORK. i UNDERSTAND THAT YOU'RE A SMALL COMPANY AND THIS IS A BUSY TIME OF YEAR, BUT THE LACK OF A SUFFICIENT RESPONSE HAS LEFT A BAD TASTE IN MY MOUTH. PLEASE HAVE A TCCH PERSON CONTACT ME TO IDENTIFY AND FIX THE PROBLEM. THANK YOU.”

“I have never received them. Ordered and paid for them on November 26 and still haven’t received them. Confirmation order W003466554. I have not received any information as to status (such as back ordered, not in stock, shipment delayed). So as of right now, rating would be very poor.”

“I returned these and am waiting for notification that they were received. My credit card has not reflected a refund. The glasses were cute but way too small.”
