“Very poorly constructed - from cabinets opening the wrong direction to peeling veneer (veneer wasn’t noted in the website description) to several delivery delays (in excess of 2 months) is he entire process and purchase experience was unacceptable.”

“Delivery people left unit on TOP OF CORD !!! Sales associate ( NEW Apt Bldg) helped 81 yr.old me get it out. So that rateds POOR with me... Unit is working well right now. Time will tell if there is any trouble down the road”

“I guess that the filter is working. The problem is the exorbitant cost. Talk about getting screwed. I have never experienced such an overcharge, item cost and shipping. The Wine Enthusiast should be ashamed. They have us, you a trapped.”

“Condensation on outside of glass from day one. Even with dehumidifier running in the small room. Sits right next to a competitor’s unit which we should have gone with. Our customer service experience has not been great (starting with delivery) so giving it away seems like the easiest option. A waste of money.”

“Complete disappointment. Quit cooling after less than one year. Complete waste of money. It gets one star because it is a very attractive appliance. That will soon be hauled off to the dump.”
