“The wine fridge is very elegant and fits perfectly in our family room. I only gave it one star because it is very, very poorly assembled. The doors are do not align properly and because of that they don't open and close well. I have had to hire someone to come an fix it for me. Wine Enthusiast needs to reach out to or visit the manufacturer and bring this to their attention. The product should have been inspected before shipping it out. I am thankful that WE did give me credit to compensate for the repairs.”

“3 weeks later, no response from wine enthusiast on email, chat, or calls and still no wine cellar, would never buy from them again. Worst customer service.”

“This place is a joke. Literally tried to cancel my order 5 minutes after placing it and was met with an automated email stating they would do their best to cancel. If they weren’t able to cancel in time before shipment, I would receive an email telling me how to refuse delivery. Of course neither occurred and a second attempt to get a response after receiving the order has also been ignored. Avoid this company and save yourself the aggravation. Ironic how the only correspondence is the emails nagging for a review. Well here it is.”

“This is the item I ordered, but not what they sent. I ended up with some crystal ball looking ornament with to champagne bottles sitting in the top like an disco ball ice bucket. I thought about sending it back, but too much hassle, so kept the wrongly delivered item. Can't leave a review on this ornament since never recieved it.”

“Unfortunately, we have to rate our experience a 1. If we could go to a negative number we would. We purchased this wine vanity for close to $4,000. When it arrived, the frame and structure were not square and level. This poor craftsmanship causes the doors to be crooked. We have tried everything to adjust the doors. The help from this website was subpar. We have asked for service or a replacement, and this company went silent. I would highly recommend never using this website to purchase any type of furniture.”
