The piece is indeed very elegant - we love the way it looks - but the central doors are an issue, in two ways. First, because they have a curvature, the spacing is very, very tight. Too close to the wine fridge door and it pops that door open when you open it. Too close to the center and the two middle doors hit each other. This (might) be fine if they were hung very well, which they aren't. We had to send the first one back because of both of these, and the second one is only slightly better. I have a background in cabinet making and whoever installed the hinges has a rudimentary understanding of how to do it. I was able to adjust them so that they barely do the job. Secondly, both refrigerators began frosting up on the back wall within a week. While I like the piece, I wouldn't recommend it.

The credenza was beautiful the experience a nightmare. I ordered the credenza with wine chiller. The wine chiller took 3 months to arrive after the credenza which was fine if I hadn’t had to keep calling to keep them on track to deliver. I placed a few items of decor on top and it immediately left marks that now are permanently on there. After weeks of back and forth they send out a ‘furniture expert’ and he stated that any light including an overhead light meaning the overhead kitchen lightbulb lighting will cause this and there is nothing that can be done. The ‘expert’ proceeded to look around the room and point out a mark on my stainless steel table top to confirm his findings which was ridiculous. So unless you do not place any items on top or have it in total darkness then expect it to be ruined in days of receiving it. Perhaps it was only my credenza because maybe it was not finished correctly, I don’t know. Obviously when you have the company you purchase from send their technician the outcome will be in their favor. Very expensive lesson to learn and didn’t hear one work back from the salesman’s Dino that was so quick to complete the purchase. I will never make another purchase here.

Like Leslie’s delivery comment, we also found the “white glove delivery” service lacking. They called us 3 hours before our scheduled delivery window to let us know they were “on their way” and would be there soon. This item was going to our shore home and we wouldn’t be there for 90 minutes (well ahead of the scheduled delivery window start time). They then called us 2 more times before we arrived to check if they could come then. On the 3rd call they realized they called the wrong customer for the 1st delivery window and calling us was a mistake. When they did arrive, they refused to move a small piece of furniture which was where the bar unit was going. They wasted 30 minutes trying to get in touch with their home office to get permission to move it. After I moved it with the other delivery person (who was getting equally frustrated with the unnecessary delay by the driver), the unit was assembled and installed. They were ready to leave and had not even attempted to open the doors to make sure it was level and the doors operated smoothly until I asked them to do so. As my wife was contemplating maybe moving the unit to a slightly different place in the room, they gathered the remaining packing items and walked out, without a word. White glove service for a high end piece of furniture? Awful! Upon arrival the delivery guys wanted to see where the unit would be going

The delivery team were very bad. Also you were going to have someone come out and look over the fridge but have not

I am terrible disappointed with the service and communication with WE. I ordered and paid for the unit in Oct 2023, received a damaged unit in Jan, was assured a new unit with the wrong swing that could be switched by the installers. When the second unit arrived, the installers said they could not reverse it. Prior to delivery, I had confirmed with WE and FragilePak that all was ready. I declined the unit and am cancelling the order given that no information I have received from WE has been accurate. I was told a customer service manager would call me but a week later, no call received. I have not received any communication regarding refunding my payment. I had hoped to try this unit out as I need two more this year. I['m very disappointed in your company, your service, and your inability to communication in a reasonable way. I will not consider WE for any future purchases given that it does not seem that you are able to provide a good customer experience and provide the proper unit.

Cellars are great. I purchased them in December and arranged for delivery March 15th in Denver. We had built in cabinets made and needed cellars available March 15th to finalize cabinets build. Delivery was 3 weeks late and it took me calling 6 times to get products to our home. Very disappointing and it cost me money to extend cabinets workers for 3 weeks after initial target date
