“Build quality seems low, seems and edges don't line up. There is a loud click when each refrigerator turns on/off, and a very noticeable hum while running. Temperature difference from top shelf to bottom is an excessive 8 degrees F. The unit does look nice overall though.”

“I can't recommend this product. My experience has been less than stellar. The cabinet arrived at my home on October 28 with blemishes on the exterior woodwork. In November 17 I finally received the two wine refrigerators that go with the cabinet. The instructions for installation of the refrigerators in the cabinet make no mention of the fact that the back panels of the cabinet must be removed otherwise you would need to cut out holes to run the plugs to a wall outlet. The Fragile Pak delivery crew had no experience with this setup so we left the panels off and sat the refrigerators inside. Wine Enthusiast discounted the cabinet in order for us to keep it, but I would not recommend this method of purchasing to anyone else. Too many aggravating issues.”

“Unfortunately, I wouldn’t know. The delivery truck showed up to my home last week and the credenza was not on the truck. I called and spoke to customer service representative who said they would call me back by the end of the business day the following day and I never heard from them. The local delivery company did call me back two days later and scheduled a delivery. So far, I have been disappointed with the communication and professionalism.”

“For $300 their delivery fee is ridiculous and a rip-off. It was described as a "white glove" delivery that included leveling the cabinet. Instead, the delivery team said "your floor isn't level" even though they didn't bring in a level. I actually brought one to them that they refused to use and instead they left the unit completely out of level tilting to one side and tilting backwards so that it looks terrible in the room, and of course will not operate correctly. Really upset, disappointed and dissatisfied with this company.”

“It is amazing how I receive these auto generated emails to give ratings. What I am being asked to rate is a board for my wine refrig that is not working. You have sent me 3 different boards and it is still not working. I cannot get anyone to respond to my messages. The only messages I receive are mostly auto generated. Over the years I have had postive comments to make about Wine Enthusiast as a company with good service. With what I have gone through over the last month all of that as gone out the window and I would have a very difficult time recomending you. I would welcome anyone in your company to contact me....how about John Burke, VP of Customer Service whom I sent a message to........yet, NO RESPONSE......UNBELEIVABLE”

“I am not happy with the set up. I also do not understand exactly how it is to be plugged in. It was my understanding there was only to be one cord to plug into the wall, however, I see three behind the sideboard. Also, I cannot reach these chords or the outlet and I cannot move the sideboard because it is too heavy. I also see some Styrofoam type wrapping that I think needed to be removed, but I cannot reach it. What should I do?”
