Check your order history. The attempted delivery was a mess. The "white glove" delivery people could not speak English. There was no one available to help on a Sunday morning to help. Between waving of arms, texting on a phone, and presenting a tape measure we decided to cancel the delivery. Of course, my sales guy, Jeremy, assured me there would be no cost to me. Nope - even though I purchased another unit from WE, they still charged me over $500. And WE charged me $400 more for the new unit than the sales price at the time of my original purchase. When I asked for an accounting from Jeremy or anyone - no one responded. I now go out of my way to advise a lot of the wine people I talk to to stay away from WE for cellars, cabinets and service. Sorry - I know this is not what you wanted to hear. and yes, I have posted on LinkedIn and X (Twitter).

The product itself seems to be great, but the process was extremely disappointing. This was a gift ordered at the beginning of December intended for a family to be delivered by/before Christmas. Based on the information provided at the time of purchase, even if it arrived a couple days late due to high demand and customization, that would have been fine. I called Wine Enthusiast multiple times because order status and delivery status were not updating. My call was disconnected multiple times after waiting 30+ minutes. I tried the chat and that was disconnected also. When I finally did speak with someone, hey had no idea what was going on with the order and the vendor was not responding to their inquiries. We honestly didn’t know if it was being processed or anything. Wine Enthusiast offered me $100 gift card for my trouble and I still have not received that. I was told that I would be notified by Wine Enthusiast representative when they had some response from the vendor. I was in the process of finding an alternative gift since we were well into January at this point. Out of the blue we received a message from our friends thanking us for the gift. The end of January. The product was fine, exactly what we had hoped for, but the process was horrible and disappointing.

We ordered this wine credenza with the beverage cooler. Notice it is offered with a beverage cooler!!! When it arrived, we installed the beverage cooler and it immediately overheated and the inside froze up. We unplugged it and it leaked all over the inside of the credenza. When I took out the owners manual for the refrigerator it says ON PAGE ONE—DO NOT USE IN AN ENCLOSED SPACE or cabinet. Now why are they selling this as a unit when you cannot use the refrigerator it comes with inside the unit. Looks like rip off sales to me. I wish I could return the unit. We will never buy from Wine Enthusiast because of this. Buyer beware.

It stays cold so I'll give it one star. I'm deducting four for the horrible drawers and internal design. Forget putting champagne bottles in here there is not enough space between shelves. You could remove a shelf, however you can not switch zones so whites have to be in the two shelf upper zone so removing a shelf gives you one rack of white. The shelves are flimsy and so do not glide easily, you can not max out a shelf as they cannot tolerate the weight and will not glide at all. Bottom rack does not extend fully. Terrible but too hard to return.

Just received after our old unit failed after 7 years. The Eurocave looks good, is well constructed, and teh approach to shelving allows for tremendous flexibility. And it has been maintaining the temperature dead on. As for the white glove delivery service, less impressed. The two delivery men seemed focused on dropping the unit off and getting out of our home in quickly as possible. First, we were ASKED if we want them to take it out of the box. Ummm, dumb question. We explained yes. Also, they did not offer to level it. Only after we ourselves checked and asked them to level the unit (which was rocking when touched) did they do so. They then tried to leave, but I called them back to remove the tape running along the entire frig door. And finally, they left (just a little) bit of trash behind.

Please do yourself a favor and do not purchase this fridge. The only thing worse than the fridge is the customer service. I cannot get anybody to help me from this company. The hinges for the door make it impossible to mount a panel that matches the dimensions of my surrounding cabinetry. The wine racks and sliders are terrible quality. They are very shaky and will fall off the hinges if you are not careful.

Ordered this as an Xmas gift for my partner and it's been a big disappointment, both in terms of performance and customer support. I wish I had listened to the reviews that called out the sound on the last page. This unit makes a subtle but constant high pitched whining noise and after waiting hours to discuss with customer service - I was 3rd in queue and waited 2.5 hours to get a response online, no response to multiple calls despite holding and then choosing call back options - I was told it's normal and there is nothing that can be done. I sent a video but they say they can't hear the noise or the noise is normal, and I don't know what to do if they just refuse to agree that the noise exists. Everyone I know hears it in the room and on the video. I'm told I can return it but I will be charged a restocking fee, shipping fees, and since the box was disposed of an additional damaged item fee for not being "new in box" condition. I understand the fees in the event that the item is truly functioning perfectly, but I can't believe this is supposed to constantly whine and whistle. Maybe it doesn't bug other people but we literally can't stand to be in the same room with it. Our full size refrigerator is quieter. We had to unplug it! I promise we aren't hyper sensitive to noises either, we have air filters and fans and our kitchen is open to our living and not huge and our fridge doesn't bother us. It's very much this product specifically. Maybe if this will be in a room you barely use its ok but if this is the normal function of the unit I would not recommend buying it. Frankly, given the issues with the bazillion fees and huge pain of getting a hold of someone, I can't recommend doing business with this company at all. This has been a horrible experience from start to finish.
