I received my item and not sure where to start. Full disclosure, this is my first purchase from the company and I hate to say it but I’m disappointed. I came across their website because I was looking for a furniture piece that also had a cooler. I saw the price and during the holiday’s it was a stretch for me. After debating for nearly a month, I decided to get it. I wanted to surprise my husband for christmas and have been counting down the days for it to arrive. When my item was delivered it came in a damp box that smelled like animal urine. Hands down one of the worse smells I’ve smelled. My entire, house stunk. My Husband said “I don’t know what that is but you have to help me get it outside.” I had to tell my Husband that it was his christmas present. I told my Husband just to go upstairs and I’ll take care of it. I spent over an hour just cutting the stinky cardboard away from my purchase and noticed that the cardboard had mold all over it. I took broken down moldy cardboard out to my porch and was truly hoping the furniture didn’t smell. Which unfortunately it did. I reached out to their customer service team but haven’t heard back. After a week of wiping the piece down to get the smell out we decided to try and assemble it since we haven’t heard back. However, now we’ve come across more problems and I’m not sure what to do. It has glue marks everywhere, overspray on the glass that won’t come out, broken and missing pieces, it’s extremely dirty when I was cleaning it, along with poor craftsmanship and assembly. For this amount of money, I shouldn’t have these problems. Lastly the cooler came in a different shipment and they didn’t align the shelves correctly, which we ended up having to fix on our own. I’ve also attached a video. When you open one cabinet door, the other one opens as well. Not sure what to say about that.

On the one hand, we love the design and overall quality. On the other hand, we received a unit that had obviously been damaged and repaired (and not during shipping). Both seals between the left hand glass were broken, as if the glass had been replaced. There was glue on the glass as well. We reached out to Wine Enthusiast to ask for a partial refund given the difficulty of shipping a return, and sent photos, but got no answer.

It arrived VERY damaged. We spent over an hour trying to clean up all of the broken and tiny pieces of styrofoam that was left in our driveway. Now we have to wait over 3 months for a replacement. No reply at all to my complaint to Wine Enthusiast.

Beautiful racks but the three levels of lighting does not work and we can’t get any answers from company. The box had no instructions.

Product seems OK, however, customer service has been non-responsive relating to extended warranty inquiries.

The item never arrived and was reported as damaged. The first time it was scheduled to be delivered, the delivery company didn't schedule enough movers. (It needs a three-person team). It was damaged the second time they tried to deliver it. The item is no longer available in the four-cellar version. Not happy with the shipping company FragilePak. Total waste of time as you have a four-hour window that you must plan around. I have no idea if the product is worth it or not. Disappointed in the delivery company that Wine Enthusiast uses. Oh well, it is what it is.

Non-Working fridge, less than 3 months after delivery. Representative said it was a bad temp sensor board. Only offered to replace the fridge, not install it. Months later, still no replacement unit has shown up, despite a second inquirey as to status.

The product is mostly ok. It was missing a part or two. The delivery company is terrible and damaged the product when putting it together. The delivery company was extremely disorganized. They are based out of New York and sub out to local guys. The New York folks try to set up odd delivery times. I won’t order from this company again.
