Unit is great. Wine Enthusiast guest service is deplorable. Always in a reactive apologetic state.

I just received this decanter in the mail and this was intended to be a Christmas gift. I was expecting some sort of box to wrap but instead it comes in a huge shipping box and then only in styrofoam. How am I suppose to wrap this huge box(that was damaged in shipping as well!) for a present. An actual box would have been nice! Something to think about.

The wine cellar is fine and appears to work as advertised. My review is mostly regarding customer service. Through a chat with tech support, I was provided incorrect dimensions for the unit prior to placing my order. When discovering the actual dimensions upon delivery, the customer care was of little help. They referred me to tech support and, later, to the sales group - each group of which said they would be unable to assist. In spite of the customer care group having a copy of the chat with evidence of incorrect information provided to me prior to my order, they said I would be refunded the cost of the unit; but I would be responsible for shipment to me, return shipment for the incorrect item, and a 20% restocking fee - which I think is ridiculous. I ended up keeping the unit, reconfiguring my home to find a new location.

We love the shelving spacing and all of our wine bottles, including the larger and uniquely shaped ones fit great. The delivery service was not as 'white glove' as the price would suggest. One of the shelves arrived damaged and after several months we still do not have an ETA on when a replacement shelf will be available and sent to us.

Received this survey for a review and still haven't received the delivery. For an in stock item, over a month to receive delivery. Delivery dates are very limited and communication is poor. A different delivery company would probably make the experience much better. Hopefully the credenza will be as expected.

Ordered the cooler on 10/6…as of 10/25 they cannot give me a delivery date. Was going to order a much larger cellar as well…will be doing that with a local retailer!
