The fridge is decent but the delivery process was terrible. The delivery company missed the first delivery and re-schedule for when I was out of town. Finally a few weeks later they re-scheduled the night before and I had to re-do my schedule to make it happen. The delivery company customer service was of little help.

I read many of the reviews... all said the same thing. Didn't think it could happen to me but the delivery time was botched. A&M provided a delivery window and then they came OUTSIDE of the time of that window and then it was another 2 weeks until they rescheduled. But, they only schedule it the day before... you can only accept or decline. I wish Wine Enthusiast would address this.

The ordering process was good and easy. The two fridges I bought both arrived with a broken shelf and also the power cord disconnected from the fridge. I had to disassemble the back of each unit to reconnect it. The shelves could not be fixed on my own so I am waiting for a tech to come do the repair. The installers were supposed to remove all internal packaging as well as the transit box but they said that was not their job. I have two units sitting side-by-side and they are set to the same settings yet they display meaningfully different temperature and humidity values - I don't understand why. The units are attractive, though, and clearly stout and well built. I remain hopeful that they will be good once all of the defects and problems are resolved.

My issue was more with the time I spent getting replacement shelves and dealing with staff that had no idea what the item I wanted looked like. I had to make multiple phone calls and I had to return multiple items, from the wrong supports to being told they could not send me more pegs to stop the shelves from sliding out.

The wine cooler looks great. It only took 7-10 days longer in shipping.

In the end, the racks look good, but 1) called three successive days for assistance, was out on a long hold each day, and then disconnected, and 2) instructions are poorly written and need to be updated for clarity.
