What do you do when your cooler stops working after 4-5 years? We can’t find a repair person to fix our wine enthusiast cooler. You give us contact info but no one returns our calls.

I left three stars because it’s neutral. I don’t have my wine refrigerator yet, even though I ordered it and it was in stock in early July. I may revise the stars later. I received an order confirmation via email. Then it was crickets. No shipping confirmation, no follow up email. I had to call to find out it had shipped and I would be notified when it arrived in “my area,” which is urban and just north of Seattle. I received a call from Fragile Pak to begin the scheduling process, only to find out they were “not in my area” on Mondays or late afternoons, and I would get 24 hours notice of a delivery date with a four hour window, potentially on a Thursday or Friday. I called the warehouse OVER 10 times during the morning and afternoon time frame with no one picking up the phone and no voicemail. I was eventually told I would need to pay several hundred dollars more to deliver to “my area” on a Monday or late afternoon, and the schedule only goes out 2 weeks, so scheduling a day off of work was impossible. 5 additional calls later I am scheduled for a delivery a month from now. I can only recommend you order from Wine Enthusiast if you work from home, don’t care if your items arrives, or have in home service. Wish I would have purchased a fridge from elsewhere!

Beautiful piece but it was supposed to be a Christmas gift and it arrived in JUNE.

Let me first say I’ve asked for help and given several chances to correct things. The cabinet and refrigerator shipped separately, the communication was horrible. I got the fridge weeks before the cabinet. There was no communication about that. Weeks after I got the fridge I got an email telling me to not turn it on for 48 hours after I got it. That would have been helpful before. I asked for help on when the actual cabinet would ship. Crickets. There’s more but I’m honestly too tired to write it. Then I got the cabinet today… it’s good. A few spots are filled in and sanded dents at the bottom and the racks for glasses are all bent. No one is going to care though even when I post this review.

I ordered the unit as a whole. I was charged for the entire unit, when it supposedly left the warehouse, even though I advised could not accept delivery until AFTER the 12th of July. Was called to make partial delivery on the 12th.Now I can’t unpack bar items because they said they have to move the unit to install wine cooler
