Let me first say I’ve asked for help and given several chances to correct things. The cabinet and refrigerator shipped separately, the communication was horrible. I got the fridge weeks before the cabinet. There was no communication about that. Weeks after I got the fridge I got an email telling me to not turn it on for 48 hours after I got it. That would have been helpful before. I asked for help on when the actual cabinet would ship. Crickets. There’s more but I’m honestly too tired to write it. Then I got the cabinet today… it’s good. A few spots are filled in and sanded dents at the bottom and the racks for glasses are all bent. No one is going to care though even when I post this review.

I ordered the unit as a whole. I was charged for the entire unit, when it supposedly left the warehouse, even though I advised could not accept delivery until AFTER the 12th of July. Was called to make partial delivery on the 12th.Now I can’t unpack bar items because they said they have to move the unit to install wine cooler

Sideboard is lovely. The delivery was terrible. It took five attempts and dozens of phone calls to get both the sideboard and the wine refrigerator here. When this was finally delivered the delivery men did not know how to put it together.

This was purchased as a bridal shower gift. I cannot review this since the couple have yet to receive it.

Yes, the racks slide out great and the Vinoview is nice. But the two issues I have is that the description above tells you that there will be a humidity readout in the app. In fact, Wineenthusiast says that in the webpage descriptions of most of their coolers, even though it isn't true. I found out the hard way that feature is only available in the Eurocave models. More puzzling was that in my first call to Technical support, they said humidity readout is available in the ViniView 145 and 155 versions, only to find out later that not even the tech guy knew what he was talking about. The salesman, told me he would get back to me on this 'tomorrow', and that was a week ago already. Their literature and model specific user manuals show pictures of it , even though it's not available -- so very confusing. So the sales guy tells me to get a $20 humidity monitor and that's his solution. Well, if I bought a $2000 wine cooler expecting to get what I ordered, I wouldnn't have to add a cheap monitor. However, since I already have a few of these new in box, I did an experiment and found they range in humidity reading from 40% to 85% side by side on the same shelf. All three of them are wildly different. I was expecting to get a quality WineEnthusiast humidity sensor/monitor included so I don't have to buy another brand that definitely comes with it. 2). The temperature has been swinging much more than the 4 degrees advertised. The setting is at 57 degree, and it swings from 52 degrees to 60 degrees with no rhyme or reason. It could be 60 degrees at night when the ambient temp in the room is 66, or 52 degrees during the day when the ambient temp in the room is 68 degrees. And vice-versa. This is twice the advertised temperature range and not acceptable on a daily basis. It will ruin the wines many times quicker. Something planning to hold for 5 years will last less than 1 year in this cooler. Don't rely on the Wine Enthusiast talking points that a l10-15 degree swing for reds is ok. Do your research and you'll quickly find they are not telling you the truth. Having to do it again, I would opt for a different manufacturer. If the same, then the EuroCave M Wine Cellar - similar size, $1k more, but better warranty and also a better compressor - which I only learned talking to additional techs. It's too difficult, if not impopossible to parse the information you need to make a good decision from their website descriptions. Not happy with no humidity readout and especially not happy with the poor temperature control.

the fridge itself is great. however, I know for a fact it was handled poorly with delivery. the shelves were all off track, and the locking tabs were broken. definitely not white glove service. the crew just put in the room and left. not mentioning any of the damage I just described. Hoping there is nothing else wrong throughout the years...

the salesman was very knowledgeable about the product and steered me in the right direction. However, he promised things about the delivery that were very untrue. I was assured the delivery company would work with me to schedule a time for delivery. Instead they unpredictably would schedule a delivery time usually less than a day before with a large time window. They made no accommodations for my schedule but rather simply dictated when it was convenient for them to deliver it. Most people who can afford a wine fridge for $3K have to work in order to pay for it! And the best part--once it finally arrived, it was scratched and damaged! Not wanting to experience the whole shipping thing again, I opted to keep the unit for a discount; even that required multiple calls to reach a somewhat satisfactory amount. If the overall quality of the unit (at least functionally) wasn't so high, I would advise you to go somewhere else for your wine fridge.
