The piece is beautiful but it still sits in my foyer waiting to be assembled. Even though I purchased White Glove delivery the delivery team left without putting it together and I am still waiting.

Seems to be a decent product. Delivery delays were the issue.

Ordered as a gift and originally was scheduled for deliver two weeks before Christmas . No update until I called and was told delivery would be the week after! No communication from Wine Enthusiast until I contacted them. They didn’t take accountability but blamed it on a third party.

My husband and I purchased this fridge mid-late November 2022 (after realizing our other wine fridge had been malfunctioning - different brand). This fridge came highly rated. We also opted for the white glove service as we thought that would be more convenient than lifting the fridge inside our home ourselves. The fridge shipped almost immediately to the "whit glove service facility" (apologies as I do not have the name available) where it sat for nearly three weeks. We were given a delivery window that spanned about a week and a half. I called the delivery company and informed them of my dates of unavailability. On the first delivery attempt, I was only given 24 hours notice. I adjusted my work schedule and out of town travel to meet this delivery, but they called during the delivery window stating they couldn't make it because their truck broke down. Understandable - these things happen. They then tried to scheduled delivery for when I was not available. I reminded them of my "void" dates, and told them when in the original delivery window of dates I would be available. I got a phone call while I was out of town stating they wanted to deliver. I reminded them for a third time I was not available, and again told them when I would be available (which was still within the original delivery window). The fridge ended up being delivered outside the original delivery window of dates, which was frustrating. By this time, it had been nearly a month since we placed the order. When it finally did arrive, the only thing the "whit glove" delivery person did was unpackage it and bring it in the house. He tried to leave when we noticed it was missing a foot. Luckily, the foot was found in the driveway. He also left before we realized one of the shelf gliders was missing two pegs (so now we have an unusable shelf). Here's the thing. My brother ordered his wine fridge - no white glove service - and it arrived at his house two days later!!! So the significant up-charge for white glove service is 100% not worth it - unless you 100% do not have the means to get the fridge in the house yourself. Regarding the shelf, my husband and I had the hardest time getting through to Wine Enthusiast to get a replacement glider or pegs. The first time we got through, the representative could not locate the part and said she would have to get back with us - she never did. About two weeks later, we are finally able to get someone on the phone. She was able to get us a part, but it came from another fridge (a floor model as I understand it); they did not send us a new part. The part showed up the next day in a Fedex package - with no box, no instructions, no hardware, nothing. It was already scratched up because it was used. She informed me that if I couldn't figure out how to install it I could call Wine Enthusiast and someone could walk me through it. Surprise - I couldn't get anyone on the phone. I eventually figured it out after some troubleshooting. So long story short: do not get the white glove service; Wine Enthusiast's customer service, warranty, and quality control is frustrating and underwhelming; yes - I would still recommend this fridge. If anything, we would like our white glove service money back - as we waited nearly a month for the fridge and my brother got his in two days (we live in the same area basically). And while we were waiting, our wine continued to sit in the other malfunctioning fridge.

Low rating attributed to poor experience of white glove service. in particular I had to clean newly carpeted stairs due to dirt and no assistance to level unit. A big box retailer sells these once a year and outstanding white glove experience. Unit itself is great.

The delivery company slightly damaged the cellar while moving it in. I am waiting for wine enthusiast to provide my options.

The cabinet itself is beautiful. It’s a large piece that is solidly constructed. It could use a few drawers and an extra shelf but we decided to install some stemware racks so that we could use it for wine glass storage. The white glove delivery service was good. They had to have three strong men to delivery the cabinet. However, they didn’t communicate the fact that the fridge was being delivered separately. I had to call to find out what happened to the fridge and was then told it would be delivered separately and we had to install it ourselves which included taking off the back panel. Additionally, they did not factor in the Black Friday promotional discount and charged me full price. I had to call to get it corrected. I was on hold for over 30 minutes. In the end, they refunded the promotional discount but not the taxes that they initially charged. If only their service was as nice as the product.

I called the day after we received this device, noting that we wanted to return it, as it was not a fit with our previously-purchased Omega Blue Wine Opener kit, which we also want to return, as the opener on that set is broken. Customer service rep said he would send us a FedEx label to return it and we have yet to receive that label. Not a great experience, and thus, not a great review.
