The replacement door finally arrived . It took 5 months to get the door. Way too long. The door needed adjustment to the rubber insulation around the door as it didn’t close flush with the cooler. I called and the tech I spoke to was helpful on what I could do to adjust then rubber around the door so it would be flush.

Order 2 sets for a friend, package delivered with 3 out of 4 glasses broken. The customer team processed a replacement for free in no time (thank them very much), but the 2nd package still had 1 glass broken. Both times the boxes were wrapped in plastic bubble wraps but the glasses inside were fairly loose and were bouncing around--probably why glasses broke so easily during shipping. Overall great product but much improvement needed for the packaging.

Solid construction. Wine refrigerator makes a loud whirring sound when cooling. It can be annoying when the house is quiet.

Product is great. Delivery was terrible. Was scheduled for a Wednesday evening delivery. No call, no show, no apology or an offer to discount the white glove delivery I paid for . Came five days later.

Machine OK so far. NOT delivered on requested day. Came on previous Thur. not following Tue. as requested. Problems for me & package delivery store.

This wine cooler is beautiful & should get 5 stars, but I’m writing about the reasons it doesn’t deserve 5 stars. First of all, I was under the impression from what I read, that the delivery would be “scheduled” with me in advance. A conversation with an agreed upon window. But the way it worked, is I paid for the white glove service, and of course needed to be home, and all they did was text me or email me one or two days before to dictate when I should be home. I travel for work, so this was not possible for me to be home on days they determined. I gave them my availability which was difficult since they don’t provide a place to even respond (except to say yes to delivery), which they ignored. I went through this vicious cycle about four times, and on the fifth try, luckily I had somebody help me, to get approval for this to be left on my doorstep . Which they did not want to do, but my flight was delayed & we already attempted delivery so many times! They are actually requesting part of the delivery fee to be reimbursed to me, since I had to unpack & move this inside myself (not easy for a small woman), not receiving the service I paid for. I then read manual, waited 48 hours after moving machine like it says, & it had no power. I had to get a screwdriver, take off the cage in back, which is there to protect electronics, & plug the cord into unit, as it seems was overlooked by manufacturer. This wine cooler has consumed a lot of my time and energy. It was not cheap. So although it is very nice, and so far quiet (thank goodness) …part of me wished I found an easier way to purchase a wine cooler. I’ll be grateful I have it & now it functions. But lesson learned, now when I am purchasing anything, I double check with the sales person, exactly how their delivery system works. I don’t want to go through this again with other large purchases. I am willing to pay a higher price even, for excellent delivery service. Anyone who uses this company that Wine Enthusiast uses, I will not be purchasing anything from again.

Its been three weeks since the delivery, and no one has contacted me to let me know that the order is incomplete. I expect my full order.
