Unit is nice and well built, but having to pay a high amount for a crappy and limited delivery process, then having to set this unit up myself, takes away two stars. If it was delivered and set up like any other appliance, it would be a five-star rating.

I don't have it yet. Disappointed it's taken this long. Purchased Sept 30th.

I was not told by the customer rep that the red wine minimum temperature is 59F. Also, the delivery service for the unit was badly done. And I had to call customer service to figure out how to mount the handle ti the unit. The unit itself seems very good.

I love these glasses. The shape is great for aeration of those tight reds, and it feels elegant in the hand. I also purchased 2 of the Cabernet Sauvignon style which hasn’t arrived. I was told that they’re out of stock after the fact. Website shown that they’re in stock, but I’m still waiting 1 month later.

Delivery process was poor in communication and responsiveness. Including my calling and emailing very clearly well in advance to find any date to coordinate the white glove delivery when we didn’t absolutely have to be out of the home for work. In the end, my attempts were disregarded, and we had to last minute find someone else to come over to let them in when we said we wouldn’t be available, even after paying extra for white glove delivery. After it arrived and we followed strict instructions for waiting and setting it up, there was a lot of humidity and condensation collecting inside. The seal of the door also didn’t completely close so I emailed to inquire. When we inquired via email, including sending a photo, the response asked for a photo to be sent (which already had been sent) and vaguely suggested using a hairdryer. A hairdryer?? When we replied twice asking for confirmation they received the photo, and for clarification on further guidance — no response. And certainly no offer for someone to come evaluate the appliance in person. Disappointing overall in responsiveness and service given how the reputation was that the service was supposed to be excellent and the best in the business!

Left side is delivered. Waiting a month for the right side. Looks ok but takes forever to get a white glove delivery. Have not yet turned on.
