The wine fridge is great overall. I wish it were a little quieter, but not bad. It looks very nice and holds plenty of bottles. The real reason for knocking the review down a few stars is the customer service. It started out great, but the safety brackets to mount the unit to the wall (anti-tip) weren’t included. I have 2 young children with another on the way so want to make sure the fridge is very secure, as without the brackets it feels a little wobbly. The customer service reps were good about giving me 1 of the 4 missing parts, but when I asked for the other 3 missing parts, they stopped returning my phone calls and e-mails. After a month+ of trying I gave up and found a DIY fix from the hardware store (not ideal but works).

I am a long time customer. This is #5 wine cooler than I am buying from Wine Enthusiast. The unit arrived as promised and “white glove” delivery worked well. Within 72 hrs of arrival the unit started sending error messages with incessant beeps. After 45 min waiting in the queue for customer service I was promised a repair person who arrived in the next few days and was completely incompetent. He did not know the product and was not familiar with the error messages. He finally said that he needs to talk to the manufacturer and will he back with me. A week later without response I called Wine Enthusiasts again and after 30 min in the queue, I was unceremoniously “dropped” without any support. The same thing happened in my 2nd call. When I called their “sales line” the phone was answered within minutes and the person promised to help right away but he put me into the same customer service queue where I now have been on hold for 25 min and my number in the queue is still #6. I have never been more disappointed. What a shame that a good brand is allowing its reputation to be destroyed with this horrible client service.

I am pleased with the functionality of these as well as the capacity. Approx 220 bottles per unit. I had great customer service in helping me choose the right units for our new home but after delivery one of the doors would not close correctly. Leveling the feet had no effect. I sent pictures. Nada. In spite of repeated attempts and hours on hold I was not able to get any assistance in getting this fixed. I had to go outside of wine enthusiast to have someone come and correct the issue.

Bought it. Waited weeks for it. The WE delivery partner would not commit to a delivery date. Threatened to cancel the order and miraculously they decided to deliver. Came slightly damaged. Reported it weeks ago to WE and crickets. Save your money and buy it somewhere else.

This rack is fine. It does what it says. However, two stars taken off for the packaging. The problem is that there is far too much Styrofoam packing, and it had "hair like" stuff on it like someone with a houseful of cats packed it. There was a BOLT of Styrofoam between the shelf and the wine glass rack that is too thick to just pull through, and so it had to be broken up, creating little floating, sticking balls of Styrofoam everywhere. It was bad. I know that this thing is delicate in the packaging, and could be easily bent in shipping, but maybe using reinforced cardboard angles and a minimal amount of foam would have sufficed. Overall, it does its job as a wine rack and served its purpose. Final word: As bad as it is for the environment, unpack it outdoors so you won't be picking up the little pieces of Styrofoam in your house for the next 3 weeks...

Cooler is fine delivery was not what we paid for. paid extra to have it delivered and set in location which included taking it downstairs. Driver was alone and did not have proper equipment to do this.

I haven't received it yet! Since you sent me this it means I should have? You can't sell this kind of piece without being able to receive it? You should speak to your shipping partner! I guess we'll get the old "Covid affected our supply chain and ability to perform?" Still feeling the damage of 2020-2021 lockdowns?
