The reason for the low rating is the delivery process! Had to make multiple calls to not only your customer service but to the shipper as well before the delivery was made 2 days after the targeted date of 7-13! Your customer service assured me I would get a call for delivery, never did!! The unit arrived in delivery location on 7-11 two days early. After getting the number for the local delivery co. was I able to get the unit delivered!

I’d honestly like to give this a 5 star rating because I do love the cabinet, but the lack of customer service is ridiculous. The magnetic door stoppers did not come with my vault. These are located at the bottom of the two main doors. This means the doors push in too far when you close it so the doors can not close because of how the door is designed to interlock with the cabinet. It’s a very simple fix. I reached out to customer service and they opened a ticket for the issue and then a few days later they closed the ticket and asked me to reply to the email if the issue was not resolved. It was not resolved because they never contacted me. And when I replied saying they never contacted me I have still not heard back. Customer service is supposed to be the easy part of this. I will fix this issue myself and it will be pretty easy. But imagine if it was a bigger issue and I couldn’t fix it myself. I’d be stuck with a cabinet that cost thousands and no customer service. Pretty sad. I doubt I will buy from the company again.

I have been a long time repeat customer. I just purchased a wedding gift and the wrong item was delivered. Anyone can make a mistake. After contacting company I was told I was responsible for returning the incorrect item and they would ship a new one. Not wanting to inconvenience the person I sent the gift to , I had to pick up and return the item. A new item was shipped to THE WRONG person at an old address where we no longer live. The item should have been sent to the original recipient . I had to pick up the item from the incorrect address. Very disappointed in their customer service ( it lack thereof )

The delivery service was terrible. They did not show up on the scheduled time. Send me a text to say they were canceling morning of delivery. I made arrangements with work and home to have someone there. Then they did not call back after I talk to 3 different people. No one seem to know what was going on. Finally Some one called 5 days later to set another appointment. They were suppose to call day before to give me a window. Nothing until 20 minutes before delivery. Had to rush home. Send Wine Enthusiast an email on the first screw up and received no answer. You are great in Sales(even though the product I bought went on a deeper sale) but the follow up in Client Services is poor.

I purchased the N'FINITY LXi and the S. The LXi looks good, works well, and white glove service was as advertised. Very pleased overall. The "S" arrived on a different day and the experience was an altogether a different one. Upon arrival the "S" was dented and one of the shelves was inoperable. I refused to sign. After a debate with the third party delivery dispatcher, he agreed to take it back. Wine Enthusiast gets points for sending a new one. No questions asked. It arrived two weeks later...but at 7AM! The delivery service promised between 9AM-1PM. Our coop will not allow deliveries before 9AM. But after persuading my doorman, the (very nice) delivery man was allowed to enter. But then he just dropped it on the floor without opening the packaging and was ready to leave! Over the phone the (rude) dispatcher said white glove service is dropping the wine cooler at your door and leaving! She said they will not remove the extensive packaging or place the unit in position. As I type I am are waiting a day (as instructed) before plugging in the "S". I expect it to work as well as the LXi (see my favorable other review). But beware if you purchase anything that requires delivery by a third party. I've purchased several times from the Wine Enthusiast. It's generally been a positive experience. The salesman this time was experienced, helpful, and flexible on price. But they are hurting their reputation by going with a third party delivery company that has no interest in customer service.

Ordered mid-May, to be delivered July 6. Not by fault of Wine Enthusiast, except there delivery service is AWFUL.! We had to hunt them down to find out where it was. Could not call (automated system, no call backs), email took three days to respond (twice!). Finally answered a call on phone labeled “spam risk” and got lucky with someone who could help. Think since you spent a bunch of $$ for a product, a better delivery system would be available.

I bought this vault for my husband for Christmas. I paid extra for it to be brought into my home and set up. After the vault was set up, I noticed one of the handles was broken. I pointed it out to the assembly person and noted it on the delivery paperwork before signing. I then reached out to wine enthusiast for a replacement handle. As requested, I emailed photos of the broken handle to Ms Samuels. Since then, I have reached out via phone and email on at least 5 different occasions over the past SIX MONTHS, And have yet to receive a replacement handle that I am willing to replace myself! The vault itself is beautiful and works well, the customer service leaves much to be desired

We really wanted to love this piece as we wanted a wine storage solution that didn’t look like a traditional fridge, but… * Overall design is flawed. As weight of the wine causes the side panels to separate from the top panel. This is the main complaint as we’ve had to fix with nails and wood glue impacting it’s appearance * it’s quite noisy * the color is pretty bland. The aged oak color is not an attractive brown. Wine enthusiast is responsive to issues, but the remedies can’t impact overall poor design.
