“The rack to hold the wine is 1. Hard to pull out to put in and take wine. 2. The shelf on the bottom row will fall if you extend it too far. The quality of the shelfs are constructed very poorly”

“Well, I ordered this Legacy Corkscrew Replacement Worm Dec 8, 2020, and received it on March 15, 2022, almost a year and a half!! So, I suppose my review should be: Better Late than Never! I had completely forgotten about ordering this, and was shocked when it arrived... I had to look up when I'd ordered it. I'm going to give it 3 stars... I suppose because it IS what I'd ordered... but I had already ordered and received another from somewhere else that had it in stock, so now I have a spare ;-) I guess the only improvement for this might have been to let me know you still had the item on order sometime over the 16 month wait. Anyway, thanks for not forgetting about me ;-)”

“Would be a beautiful piece but it was damaged by the delivery people as they took it out of the packaging. The wood was gouged in multiple places and the hinges of one door were bent and ruined. No help from the company as they will not assist in replacement hinges. Delivery men said company would send someone to fix. Company said they don’t and would take money off but I had to find hinges and replace myself. Compensation was not close to adequate for that. Still no resolution as I have not heard that a new piece is being sent.”
