Totally unhappy with customer service. I had two problems and after more than two weeks still no solution AND the company actually sent me a note that the case/trouble ticket was closed! I had to reopen it and still waiting for the proposed solution....which was promised.

So far so good on the fridge operation. It's generally quiet and looks nice. The "white glove delivery" service (Fragilepak) was a joke. The delivery guys didn't use a furniture dolly and tried to carry the fridge up a few stairs by hand. The stairs are brick and they scratched the black finish in several places. Also, they forged my signature on their phone by scribbling their finger, so I had no ability to note any damage.

I was a little disappointed that the guys just left placed it in the living room and left me to assemble the device. They didn’t install the handles nor the floor legs. Hopefully, it works once it sits for 24 hours.

The product itself is good. The delivery was a nightmare and the customer service was awful. It took weeks for the hardware to get to us. The delivery kept being pushed around after being scheduled. It was hands down the worst furniture delivery I have ever had

I’m a Eurocave fan don’t get me wrong. I have 2. The delivery was as expected and nicely packaged. However my revelation unit came with a lot of extra metal pieces inside which were very puzzling. That’s where the problem started. I attempted to contact wine enthusiast numerous times only to be in que forever or disconnected. I finally went through sales and of course eventually got a sales person on the phone who knew nothing and forwarded me to my sales person’s voicemail box but I was disconnected. I eventually left a voicemail message for my salesperson who ignored my message and never called back. Several days later I then finally managed to get a customer service rep on the phone. She didn’t initially know what to do so I forwarded a picture of the extra hardware and shelving. Within a day she advised they belong in a royale unit and asked whether I would return them. She sent a FedEx label and I provided the box and shipped them back. I never did hear from my salesperson who, when I purchased the unit, bragged about how long he has worked at wine enthusiast. In the end, love the unit. The customer service after the sale is consummated is awful in my opinion.

I paid for white glove delivery and the guys were quick to drop and go. The cellar is not level and now I can’t get someone to come out to adjust and it’s too heavy to do it myself.

Why is it 12-14 weeks to get my racks, that's 3 1/2 months. Just saying! are you that short of personnel, to make them? shipping? Ran out of trees?
