The wine refrigerator seems fine but the delivery experience was awful. I paid for white glove which I thought meant they would take all the packaging away and essentially leave me with a fridge ready to fill and turn on when ready. I also paid for you to take an old fridge away and that information got lost and I had to call you and get it relayed while we all waited to get them to agree to that. I had to sign a statement that they removed an old fridge I suppose to make sure the local shipping got paid. They took the wine refrigerator out of the box and put it in place but all the packaging was left inside and they were not happy about taking the old unit. I work with you to get a high quality product and high quality experience.

Make sure you understand up front how long it will take to get your item. It shipped a few days after I ordered, but then it went into the vortex of a secondary shipper. Took five weeks to finally arrive, and upon delivery one of the metal vault handles was broken off it… so back out of the house it went. Wine Enthusiast’s communication is lacking. I waited for someone to notify me about replacement shipping. Eventually I contacted them, and it felt like I was being a nuisance for asking. That was three weeks ago. I hope to see it deliver someday in the coming weeks, but who knows?

My biggest concern is the amount of time it took to deliver something that was in stock. You can purchase this item elsewhere for less money even with paying for delivery. WE is slow to reply to concerns and inly when I wanted to cancel order did anything happen. Wine jail will not accept champagne style bottles. Good product buy it at The big box store.

It is very difficult to get someone to either respond to an email or return a phone call to help with technical issues with the unit.

Ordered this item as a Christmas gift November 15th. Still waiting for it today January 27th? Maybe they thought I ordered it fir Christmas 2022 in which case this terrible delivery time would have been acceptable. Don’t offer products on your website in November you can’t deliver in December. Unfortunately not the only gift this happened to. I am a big Wine Enthusiast customer but will think twice before ordering time sensitive gifts from you in future.
