Ordered this item as a Christmas gift November 15th. Still waiting for it today January 27th? Maybe they thought I ordered it fir Christmas 2022 in which case this terrible delivery time would have been acceptable. Don’t offer products on your website in November you can’t deliver in December. Unfortunately not the only gift this happened to. I am a big Wine Enthusiast customer but will think twice before ordering time sensitive gifts from you in future.

Paid $200 for white glove service. Rip off!!! They brought into my basement and unboxed it. Handle not put on packing material not removed unit not leveled

Products were fire; support non-existant. I bought a charcuterie board that arrived with a broken marble slab. This was in early December. Despite numerous calls including emails with pictures, I have still not received a replacement marble slab

The rack is as expected. Good price for what you are receiving. My only concern is with Customer Service and the availability of the product. If your looking for something quickly - I would STRONGLY suggest you confirm availability. Tracking was incorrect. Emails stating delivery date was incorrect. I called Customer Service three (3) times. Twice I received the answering service, left message with no returned calls. I also sent an email to the Customer Service department at the request of the answering service (still not response). The unit eventually arrived and still no returned calls or email.

The wine bar looks as shown in pictures, big, strong, and attractive. Assembly however proved to me a major challenge, the reason for my low rating. After waiting months for delivery, the unit arrived in many large cardboard boxes with loads for packing material. Do not underestimate the space needed to store these cartons and to assemble the unit. You must assemble it very close to where it will be finally installed as it is very heavy. Upon arrival I discovered there were no instructions, hex nuts, nor a center support. I called Wine Enthusiast just after Christmas. The promptly overnighted a small box of incorrect hex nuts, very bad, and emailed instructions, which was critical. When I received the wrong hex bolts it was New Years Eve and I was looking at a bunch of days before I could even contact Wine Enthusiast (WE) again. I then took the instructions to my local Ace Hardware who had all of what I needed. Assembly with good help from my wife (two people are mandatory to maneuver these big pieces) took about 10 hours. Assembly is not an easy process; you need to test fit and gradually tighten things as you go to keep everything square. Even then the back panels are a poor fit that required trimming on a table saw to fit. After New Years I emailed and called Wine Enthusiast several times to see if they would reimburse be for the materials I had to buy and construct (the center support). I have had only one response, an operator who took down my info and said somebody would get back to me. This is horrible customer service. They have my money so they must assume why bother to work with me. If you can buy this unit from someone else, and are willing to put in considerable physical work, you will get a good-looking unit. I was so disappointed with the way my orders were handled, thus, I will not order from your company again. I ordered on Dec 12, 2021 two items for my daughter and brother-in-law, to be sent to CA. I was given tracking numbers for FedEx and UPS that were not available, so I had to follow up with the agent almost every day for the status. The agent said that since the items are now with FedEx and UPS, I should be the one to follow up. So disappointed as it’s almost the holidays and the recipients have not received the gift we sent. Finally, the orders arrived in Azusa on Dec 22nd and for my daughter on Dec 23rd.

Unit came damaged but customer service sent me another one and that one also arrived damaged.
