My order has not been recieved, nor has my request for any Cyber_Monday Discounts that I would qualify for since this order has been delayed going on 2 months?

The unit arrived with damage to the door. I was told the door isn't replaceable on this thing (which I think is a serious design flaw), so my options were to accept a credit or to throw it in the trash and they would send a whole new one. I wanted to make sure it worked OK before deciding, so I ran it for a few days. It is working, but it's been almost 7 weeks and I cannot get a response. So the fridge gets 4 stars for looking nice (where it's not cracked) and Wine Enthusiast gets 0 stars for giving me the silent treatment. Also, the door hinge is on the right side and cannot be switched like most refrigerators. If you need the door to swing left, this won't work for you.

the other piece is back ordered, so for now these can not be used.

When opening door number three, the right side of the door and hinges bump into the left side of door number four. This causes door number four to SKU itself in parallel to the credenza. I’m concerned of the longevity on the hinges of both doors

The delivery company that you are using is absolutely horrible, we still don’t have our fridge. They have tried and messed up 7 times trying to deliver this and still haven’t gotten it to us. The one time they did the fridge was broken and we had to return it. Absolutely horrible customer service all around. I would expect much more, especially with white glove delivery!!!

Wine Enthusiast makes a big deal about it's white glover delivery delivery service. I'm not sure what white glove means. The scheduling process was a nightmare - I had make 4 calls then the delivery company Fragile pack said they needed approval for a 3 delivery person before they could deliver. This should have been provided by wine Enthusiast to FragilePak. I waited 4 days for a call back and nothing. I ended up calling Wine Enthusiast directly and they said they'd clear the 3 delivery person with FragilePak. Finally, my delivery arrives and guest what, no third delivery person. The driver said he knew nothing of this and offered to reschedule but I said I'd rather they just try the delivery and it went fine. Looks like WineEnthusiast needs to refund me the extra I paid for the 3rd driver. The drivers were said they were not the ones to level the cooler and I had to do that (lets check that White Glove service). The delivery guys were very nice and it's not their fault. Clearly they are not getting the correct training or messages. Judging from the other comments on the website this is a consistent issue with deliveries. Does WineEnthusiast read it's own reviews? Maybe it's time to drop the gloves. I cant comment on the cooler yet since it needs to stand for 24 hours before plugging in.
