We waited almost 6 months to get this product. Absolutely brutal and no customer service to support it. I like the wine jail product but almost canceled it at least a dozen times because of the ridiculous lack of customer service/delivery

FragilePak delivery service didn’t set the leverlers (feet) properly and scratched my floors. Delivered last Tue but one week later still waiting for missing leveler to arrive. Was told that I would receive FedEx tracking number from WE. Makes me suspect or how the fridge will operate once the leveler is set.

Love the wine cellar but it arrived without screws for kick plate. It’s been months and I’m still waiting for a replacement. If I ever have issues with the wine cellar, I can’t count on Wine Enuthisiast for guidance/warranty so won’t be buying from this company again.

I would have rated higher but the whole experience of dealing with Fragilepak for the "White Glove" delivery was more than problematic. Two delivery appointments were made and missed with no communication, and finally the third attempt was successful. A total of 14 hours spent to clear my calendar to be home to accommodate the delivery attempts. The wine cellar works and operates as described with no issues to this point.

We received the wine cooler and it looks just as advertised. However it's too early to tell about how it functions. This is partly due to the fact that the "white glove" delivery that promises bringing the wine cooler in and setting it up was simply unpacking the wine cooler and rolling it into place. They did not assemble anything, they did not level the unit and they did not check to see if lights and temperature controls panel operated. In my book this is simply standard delivery.

I called a customer service rep back in June of 2021 and she did well at finding me the product needed. The issue I have is that it took three months to get this product! I understand that with everything going on, it would take some time. But three months is not acceptable. Fortunately I was able to find a temporary parts on Amazon to install in the meantime so my wine wouldn’t go bad. The product you sent is the correct one. They are installed and working great. But the delivery on an item that is needed quickly to preserve valuable wine should be held to a higher standard.

I still have not received this order as the unit was to have the door hinge switched on site and the shipper refused to do the work. Frustrating!
