So it took it months to arrive, we like the look, but the white glove delivery for $1000.00 is a JOKE. I agree with John A. it is much larger than you think. The "White Glove Service" sent a message to set up delivery between 5:30 and 9:30 PM, and did not show up at all. It took 3 calls and 1.5 hours total hold time to get through to them , still no call, just an email to set up service two days late. . Emailed and left a message for Wine Enthusiast , still no word from them. We had to sign a damage waiver just to get them in the house. My wife had to explain to them how to get it in the door. They bent one of the barn door slides, and put several scars on our wood floors. Horrible service, left a massive mess of cardboard and foam in my yard and drive way.

Ordered December 2020 received June 2021. Received item not what I ordered. After not receiving and months passing. You said there would be a small change but looks like a big change in design. Not happy , thank you - Dennis

Unit was left with no handles (had to do that), not balanced and missing a drawer bolt......this was all after waiting weeks for the delivery and the only updates occurred when I called.......sad service from Wine Enthusiast and white glove service a joke!!

Ordered on 4-13. It’s 7-15. No wine rack. No news.

Customer service was working from home and very poor Sent wrong unit, and correct unit was a month late Took multiple phone calls and emails to get this right but unit looks good

I had to order these filters 4 times before my order was accepted. The Wine Enthusiast would cancel my order and not notify me that they had cancelled it. I called them, was transferred to accounting, and was told they'd process my order. They didn't. After not receiving the order, I called again, and learned that they once more cancelled the order because I have a post office box for a billing address (they claim this is a red flag for fraud). I had to call my credit card company and change the billing address for the Wine Enthusiast to process my order. I do NOT recommend purchasing from the Wine Enthusiast. Their customer service is rude and inconsiderate at best.

The delivery guys were rude, impatient jerks. They left the 2 units in the middle of the room for me to move into place on the wall. I suppose I understand the lame excuse as to why they don't plug the units into the wall socket, but as long as you don't turn them on the refrigerant can still settle for 24 hours. Also, they wouldn't install the handles. I was disappointed to say the least.
