“I bought this vault for my husband for Christmas. I paid extra for it to be brought into my home and set up. After the vault was set up, I noticed one of the handles was broken. I pointed it out to the assembly person and noted it on the delivery paperwork before signing. I then reached out to wine enthusiast for a replacement handle. As requested, I emailed photos of the broken handle to Ms Samuels. Since then, I have reached out via phone and email on at least 5 different occasions over the past SIX MONTHS, And have yet to receive a replacement handle that I am willing to replace myself! The vault itself is beautiful and works well, the customer service leaves much to be desired”

“We really wanted to love this piece as we wanted a wine storage solution that didn’t look like a traditional fridge, but… * Overall design is flawed. As weight of the wine causes the side panels to separate from the top panel. This is the main complaint as we’ve had to fix with nails and wood glue impacting it’s appearance * it’s quite noisy * the color is pretty bland. The aged oak color is not an attractive brown. Wine enthusiast is responsive to issues, but the remedies can’t impact overall poor design.”

“The rack to hold the wine is 1. Hard to pull out to put in and take wine. 2. The shelf on the bottom row will fall if you extend it too far. The quality of the shelfs are constructed very poorly”

“Still don’t have this piece. Delivery was delayed until i called and asked. I’m sure it’s a great bar but I still haven’t seen it.”

“Well, I ordered this Legacy Corkscrew Replacement Worm Dec 8, 2020, and received it on March 15, 2022, almost a year and a half!! So, I suppose my review should be: Better Late than Never! I had completely forgotten about ordering this, and was shocked when it arrived... I had to look up when I'd ordered it. I'm going to give it 3 stars... I suppose because it IS what I'd ordered... but I had already ordered and received another from somewhere else that had it in stock, so now I have a spare ;-) I guess the only improvement for this might have been to let me know you still had the item on order sometime over the 16 month wait. Anyway, thanks for not forgetting about me ;-)”
