This is my second unit and I believe it works well. Unfortunately the company works with a terrible agency for delivery. White gloves, means i don't get my hands dirty. No advance scheduling, just a call the night before (can't guess which day). Do not follow hours of operation in your building. Multiple rescheduling until they have the choice of either follow the rule and give a time or send it back to wine Enthusiast. Can say more, change your delivery company

YOU SENT TO THE WRONG ADDRESS. They were to be send to main address at 9523 Mazant Ln. Shreveport, LA. What do we do?

The White Glove delivery service dropped one of the units onto the floor and bent the frame. Can happen.....but getting little response from the collective group on when we will receive the replacement. With bottles riddled all over the basement....hoped this process would have been more streamlined.....

Custserv@wineenthusiast.con is the most appropriately abbreviated email ever. Their cust serv is the most lackluster I’ve seen. Sent three emails about leaking barrel and while they spammed me relentlessly about their products, couldn’t get back for well over a week. When they finally did it was just a sorry for the defect but you’re in your own sort of thing. Won’t order anything from here again. Hopefully I can unsubscribe from the spam.

This review would have been much better had your customer service rep been as responsive as the one that handled the initial unit purchase. The first unit was damaged upon delivery & there was an electrical problem. Only one side of the unit worked. I was told to dispose of the 70lb unit and it was quickly replaced with a second unit. The replacement also arrived with external damage. I sent pictures. Your agent implied that some consideration would be offered, gave me her contact information & said she would get back to me. A week later I sent her an inquiry of the status. Have not received any kind of reply. Disappointing - but glad the unit operates. The damage on the exterior side panel faces away from the room so it is not noticeable. Compressor not noisy. Given the care in packing the unit, I’m surprised at the delivery damage. The carriers must be brutal. I doubt that these were isolated cases
