Arrived AFTER promised delivery date - and only arrived at all because I griped incessantly. They DON"T own their own delivery compay - farm it out to a delivery wholesaler who farmed it out to a company I'd never heard of - driver and helper spoke minimal English (allegedly - If I spoke Spanish I could have questioned their allegation). Service included unboxing and moving inside ONLY. They don't level it, switch the door swing, or install any optional stuff. Good thing my husband and I have superior engineering skills and lots of tools.

The product is fine, no problems. However, the shipping company they chose was horrible. The cooler arrived six days after the promised date. The delivering carrier dispatch center could never figure out what they were doing. Numerous callers gave conflicting stories. They never could pick one story and stick to it. When the driver finally arrived, he was in an unmarked truck with no identification. Even the Bill of Lading did not provide their name. It was a horrible experience. The only good thing that can be said is the the wine cooler arrived in good condition. It was well packaged.

If only I could attach photos of what $500 for delivery gets you and what the table actually looks like compared to the website. Let's first start with what the "white glove delivery" service gets you. According to customer service it is supposed to include 4 things....deliver to room of choice, unpack it, assemble and then remove the packing debris. The delivery service had no intentions of doing any of that stuff other than putting it in our dining room. Bottom line...be prepared to overpay for delivery and set this up yourself. When my wife and I did set it up it was missing half of the screws for installation...I think...because it didn't come with any assembly instructions.....which makes sense since we we're not the ones supposed to assemble it!! Credit to customer service though for shipping additional hardware but I have no idea what I'm supposed to do with it because there are no instructions! Now to the table itself.....The table we received is a much lighter color than the one on the website. Not what I expected for the price. It's a tan color instead of the dark oak color on the website. Then for the wine holders that are inside the barrels. This is a complete joke. The top and bottom rows of the wine holders are useless because of the opening of the barrel. So instead of storing 72 bottles, as advertised, I can only store 48 bottles. Clearly there was no quality control performed before it was shipped. I would be embarrassed as a company to build this table and charge the amount for it that wine enthusiast charges. The overall concept is awesome but the quality is lacking. If I could send it back I would, but I'm sure that would cost me another $500.

The EuroCave Royal Wine Cellar is a dream. Everything I was expecting and more. The white glove service, was just a drop and go. The follow-up phone call to my sale person two weeks ago to express my dissatsfaction with the white glove service is still unsolved.

We have finally received on of two of these units, At the moment it is "resetting " itself from shipment (whatever that means). After placing the order, no updates from WE on shipping date, 2 unanswered emails, 3 pointless phone calls, and 3 calls 10+ minutes on hold with no answer we have received 1 of 2 units. No white glove delivery as the unit was dropped in the garage and all the packing left to dispose of on our part. Please don't bother with this company. Not one call, email or promised follow up EVER came through. ZERO customer service after spending almost $2000 .
