Ordered a replacement door for a Eurocave Viellitheque 283V2 wine refrigerator from Wine Enthusiast. They promised that the delivery would include installation by the delivery team. The delivery team noted that they do not do installations when the door was delivered. When inquiring with the Wine Enthusiast customer service they noted that the delivery team should do the installation. Long story short the delivery team had no intention of installing the door. Wine Enthusiast continued to say that the delivery team would install the door. Finally had to hire a contractor to have it done. The product is good but the installation service was non-existent.

Eurocave has a great sales staff. However, somewhere along the path of distribution things get seriously mucked up. I ordered two identical units: only one arrived; the other one came a week or so later. When one of the brackets (for an additional sliding shelf) would not fit, the sales guy put an order through IMMEDIATELY for a replacement . Did I mention that Eurocave has a great sales staff?Still waiting on the bracket.

We did receive part of are order. We ordered 8 pieces on November 6 2019 and finally received 6 of them the first of March. The other 2 will not arrive until sometime in April so we have not been able to use it yet. I do not understand why it has taken so long. We will not deal with them again.

I can not review this product because the delivery men are supposed to be here tomorrow for the 3rd time in a month.

I purchased this set of stemware in December and a promotional discount was not applied at checkout. Customer Service promised a refund for the difference - two months later no refund. Happy with the glasses but not happy with my purchase experience.

Just delivered to. Our new home and hav won't had a chance to enjoy. Move there next week

The Credenza is all I hoped for - sadly the delivery service that Wine Enthusiast uses is really very poor. This is a large piece and they sent two men who complained about the fact that it was large. They unwrapped it in the street and then damaged it and my freshly painted wall bringing it up one flight. Wine enthusiast offered me a credit and promised me touch up paint. We did get the credit but are waiting two months and still no paint (placed reminder calls).We furnished the entire house - including large appliances & did not have any issues with any of the other delivery people. For the cost of this furniture- they should use a reputable delivery. I would not order from them again based on the delivery.
