I do like the Riojo credenza but be aware that the delivery is certainly NOT White Glove. I had to hire someone to put the legs on the furniture and I had to even turn on the refrigerator. I gave direct instructions that I cannot accept any deliveries until 9:00 AM and I I received a call at 7:30in the morning that they are on their way. Needs more clarity in description .

The cooler is great but the delivery no so much. At 7pm the night before delivery I was notified the time would be between 7am and 9am. This was to a new home we are finishing 245 miles away. with rush hour morning traffic we would have had to be on the road at 3am. I was told it would likely be close to 9am and I had already waited 3 weeks for the coolers so I took a chance rather that reschedule another two weeks out. The truck arrived about 8:40 and us about 9:15. The delivery people were upset and just rolled the coolers into the room and left. Packing material still in the coolers, a door handle missing and a ding in the wall. I had to put the only delivered handle on myself and I've been told the missing handle is on backorder. Wonder how long I'll have to wait for it?

I received the two stoppers in the set, but It seems that your company has doubled for another set, which never arrived. I did not ask for 2 sets, just the one. Why did you make a second payment for another product of the set of two again??? Please advise to rebate the second set never arrived, but I had to pay it on my credit card twice. PLEASE correct the problem. Thank you, and I do very much pleased with the set of 2 that I am now using.

Wine Enthusiast is asking for a review for an item I have yet to receive. I ordered on April 5th. It is now May 11th. I am still hopeful. But if you are in a rush—Wine Enthusiast is not the place for you to order from.

Wine cellar is as advertised, looks good and holds what I expected it to of oversized bottles.White glove delivery was a joke. Took the two guys 2 1/2 hours to get the units side by side in the enclosed space. The units are still not level. Should have been no more than half an hour as this was not a difficult process,Last unit lasted 2 1/2 years and one the two I received was on warranty. Wish me luck.

Haven't used it just yet, gave it 3 stars cause it did show up quickly. Will add more when I finally use the item.

Might rate higher if it wasn't still in transit. Understand back orders but shipping took a long time.
