“The unit arrived with damage to the door. I was told the door isn't replaceable on this thing (which I think is a serious design flaw), so my options were to accept a credit or to throw it in the trash and they would send a whole new one. I wanted to make sure it worked OK before deciding, so I ran it for a few days. It is working, but it's been almost 7 weeks and I cannot get a response. So the fridge gets 4 stars for looking nice (where it's not cracked) and Wine Enthusiast gets 0 stars for giving me the silent treatment. Also, the door hinge is on the right side and cannot be switched like most refrigerators. If you need the door to swing left, this won't work for you.”

“When opening door number three, the right side of the door and hinges bump into the left side of door number four. This causes door number four to SKU itself in parallel to the credenza. I’m concerned of the longevity on the hinges of both doors”
