“The delivery was not white glove. They subcontracted another company since I wanted it delivered after 4:30 p.m. for which I paid extra $85. They did not keep the cellar full vertical while getting into the house making the shelves fall off their base. They did not balance the cellar such that the door closes by itself while I am loading the bottles. Fortunately the cellar is running well in dual zone.”

“The unit is good. This was the third wince cellar i have purchased fromWine Enthusiast. I received an email for a special price on a weekend. I responded on a Monday to be told I missed the discount by hours... I bought at list. Then the unit is delivered w white glove service and the delivery people seriously gouge our hard wood floor and try to cover with a doormat! I asked for a discount on the unit. They said get a quote to repair the floor.... all in all too much of a hassle.”
