“I really liked how the product turned out. My only disappointment was in the shipping. I had placed my order on Dec 8th, for a Christmas gift, and payed the two day shipping option. At that time there was notice guaranteeing that you would receive your order by Christmas. Unfortunately I only received half my gift (the decanter) by then, the tumblers arrived after the 25th. Therefore what was to be a Christmas gift, turned into a New Year's gift. But once it arrived, I found that it did look just like picture.”

“The worm was perfect. It's well made, fit perfectly, and was easy to install, with the very clear instructions that were provided.The shipping cost for this very small part, however, was abhorrent. It was shipped in a box that could hold hundreds of worms and could have easily fit in a yellow padded envelope and shipped for $2. $8.50 for shipping was way too much.”

“PRODUCT IS GREAT. THE ORDERING AND DELIVERY PROCESS WAS A NIGHTMARE.I ORDERED 3. TOOK 2 MONTHS TO GET 2 OF THEM AND ONE OF THEM HAD NAME SPELLED INCORECTLY. THE THIRD NEVER GOT DELIVERED. IT IS NOW 3 MONTHS AND THEY ARE STILL WORKING ON IT”

“Well, since it will not arrive until sometime this summer, I will have to reserve my opinion. Still waitiing to receive my first order after almost six weeks since ordering as well. But I sure have received a lot of emails. Suggestion. Might want to make sure you have a satisfied customer before indicating them with spam.”

“Delivery was delayed d/t being held at a west coast shipping drop site because the box was torn up. Apparently there were 2 jails shipped to the west coast. The other jail was damaged and the shipping company was waiting for approval to send both back. Inspection showed that ours was okay.Assembly was challenging as a number of the drilled holes were larger than the bolts sent and required a trip to a hardware store. Once assembled it is beautiful and now is full of our favorite winerys releases.”

“Ordered (5) of the Lexington Whiskey Decanter and Glasses Set. Placed the orders on Dec. 8th and had the hope they would be delivered before Xmas. One made it, the other four orders were delivered Jan. 4th. The guidelines order before Dec. 16th and get them delivered before Xmas. Didn't happen!”
