“I like the product but would like it even more if the rest of my order would get delivered... been waiting over 90 days and have missed "gifting" them as I originally planned. I paid the entire amount through PayPal when I ordered so it's annoying to wait this long to get the goods.”

“I am pleased so far with my n'finity pro. However, I am still waiting to receive a response regarding my delivery charge. I was charged for a 4 man delivery and two men delivered the cellar. I'm not pleased with the timeliness of adressing this issue.”

“This is a nice decanter, I ordered as a gift for my son for x-mas. It did not arrive until Jan 25th. A whole month late that i actually forgot about it. Extremely poor service and this is the 2nd time wine enthusiats”

“When I ordered the Reclaimed Barrel Tablet & Cookbook Stand on December 5th, I was told delivery could not be guaranteed by Christmas. Fine, I thought, a week later or so would be fine.To make a long story short, the item did not arrive until the middle of January - we're talking five or six weeks here. I should have been informed that the delivery would take that long.To paraphrase a line from one of my favorite movies: "How extravagant you are throwing away customers that way; some day they may be scarce."”

“I bought this as a gift. When I first placed the order via phone, the customer service person could not find the matching glasses. Next time around to place the order, difficulty when getting order shipped to my business address and not home. Overall, okay service. I will admit that the items were well packed and the box properly affixed with a "fragile" stamp. Thank you.”
