Unit great so far but only had it a few days. While delivery men we certainly nice they did little more then dump, pull off some packing and go. Told me all I had to do was wait 48 hours and plug it in. Not so! Unit would not work. After spending a good amount of time rechecking my power source finally realized power cord was not plugged into the unit itself. Had to remove the back grate to plug in in. Really wish I had never tipped the guys.

Once I received the product it was of good quality and what I anticipated. However, this was a Christmas gift and ordered for guaranteed delivery before Christmas. I called 3 times to check on the product. The 3rd call was 2 days prior to Christmas and I was told the product was on its way and guaranteed (once again). The product did not arrive for Christmas. Three days past Christmas I received a UPS shipping code for delivery which arrived on Dec. 30. I am to receive a $25 credit to my statement for this inconvenience. However, I was very unimpressed with the customer service.

Ordered my cooler and it took over 3 weeks to receive. Tried to contact company but could never get an answer from anyone and most of the time you couldnt reach anyone to help. If finally arrived after sending threatening letters to cancel my order.

The boxes the pieces came in looked like they had been thrown around ,rips on the packages .It was embarrassing to watch our Daughter open the box the other boxes (with stand and opener came in ) and see the 2 beaten up boxes inside. Got one wine opener from Frontgate , Was packaged beautifully in a classy box . When its put together hope it works?Quality control needs to follow up on this .

Unit delivered 4-10-15. Noticed top temp control had a huge variance from setting to actual. Set for 41, unit goes down to 37, then up to 69,then down to 50 and then back to 41. Called customer service, they were too busy to talk to me and told me someone would get back to me. Four days later, I called again and was disconnected. Called back and was told the pro on "big" units would have to call me back.....still waiting. I have ordered 4 wine coolers from the Wine Enthusiast and would hope for better customer service. That other-brand wine cooler is looking better and better!

The delivery was a week late. It sat in Dallas for over a week. I had to threaten canceling the order just to get delivery accelerated. Totally ruined how good the product is. I would recommend but with a caveat on delivery.

The product was fine once it finally arrived. It was shipped to the wrong place the first time and arrived at the correct place broken in half. Then they sent it to the wrong place again. Because this was a gift, it made it a very time consuming and disappointing experience. Thankfully, another gift I ordered went seamlessly. The product is great... it was just way too difficult to complete delivery.
