After waiting over 2 months we finally recieved the cooler. We had to do all of the follow up ourselves- I made multiple calls to WE customer service and they never returned my calls. I was finally able to get the shipping company on the phone to send it up from Seattle- it sat in Seattle for over a month. white Glove service? They know 0 about the product and only bring it into your house and plug it in. They don't even level it. Bottom line: BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE- White Glove isn't worht it.

WE screwed up the order the first time, sent the wrong thing. Second order was the storage unit but it had no screws to put it together with. Finally shipped screws to assemble it. Assured me it would be expedited shipping, it wasn't. This whole experience has really raised questions if I should do anymore business with WE. Lack of attention to detail and nothing has been done to make up for the second mistake. No real customer service or care.

I bought this for my Mother-in-Law for Christmas and I'm almost embarrassed to give it to her. The packaging/box it came in is so beat up... it looks like I bought it at a garage sale.

No, we received our Chardonnay glasses in a few days as promised. However, the Merlot glasses were suddenly "out of stock" for weeks - we needed them for the early months of summer, in particular the 4th of July holidays. We didn't receive them until early August.
