No, we received our Chardonnay glasses in a few days as promised. However, the Merlot glasses were suddenly "out of stock" for weeks - we needed them for the early months of summer, in particular the 4th of July holidays. We didn't receive them until early August.

Product was delivered to my billing address even though I put down delivery to be done at the restaurant.

Even though I declined the extended warranty, Wine Entusiast kept houding me about it. I received 3 seperate emails that kept asking me about purchasing the warranty. "White Glove" delivery is misleading. They were just regular delivery men. They did a good job of placing the item in the right spot, but refused to adjust the legs or to balance the unit. They also left the power cord under the unit.

The shipper said they are only able to deliver between 11 am and 3 pm. I have to leave the house at 2:30 pm to pick up a child from school, and the shipper won't budge on the timeframe. Therefore, I have to wait until spring break to get the product when I can be home to receive it. I called Wine Enthusiast to report the problem. They said the shipper's policy was unacceptable and they would look into it and get back with me. No one got back to me. I will not order again from Wine Enthusiast.

When purchasing this product I was super excited since my boyfriend's parents make their own wine and this seemed to be the perfect gift.I ordered the product three and a half weeks before Christmas and had not recived it by December 22nd. Worried I wouldn't get it in time, even though it was guaranteed, I contacted customer service and it was awful.She was rude and even started raising her voice in parts of the conversation - I couldn't believe it.Anyway, she told me the product had not even shipped yet and told me there was nothing she could do. Didn't offer any sort of help, and pretty much rushed me off the phone. Angry and still worried, I tried to contact the company through email and no response. No surprise.Funny thing is... When I got home that day, the barrell was sitting on my front porch! Man, UPS must have been SUPER quick that day since the lady had just told me 4 hours before, that it hadn't even shipped out of the warehouse that is located several states away from me.When I opened the box, I wasn't extremely pleased with what I saw, but it wasn't terrible. I ended up giving it as the gift and thankfully, his parents loved it.Bottom line, customer service is terrible, product is decent, and don't expect high quality from any aspect of this company.

The main issuse I had with this purchase came after we realized that the lazy susan was too large and we wanted to return it and look for something else that we could use. At that point, we read this company's return policy closer and found out that they do not pay for return shipping unless there is an error with the order or damage to the product. It cost us $25 to return this product due to its size/weight. I contacted the company and was told there was nothing they'd be willing to do, as that was their policy. Again, fault for ignorance on their return policy falls with us, however, we had not looked that closely and were purchasing items from their website with confidence that we could return items we didn't like once they arrived at our house. With this company, that is not the case. BUYERS BEWARE - BUY PRODUCTS KNOWING THAT YOU WILL PAY FOR RETURNS IF YOU DON'T LIKE THEM. I don't believe that in this age of online shopping such a return policy is a good business decision, but I suppose time will tell.

Stated 3 -5 business days... received 8 business days. 3 business days it was 140 miles away and just sat. Customer service would not help. Never said sorry. Asked to deliver to a different address where customer serviced confirmed they would. Delivered to address I did not want delivered. Had to carry 60 feet and then up a flight of stairs.

This arrived and was unpacked by delivery person. The unit is black and it was dark so we did not see a dent in the unit that we saw in the morning right away! I emailed immediately because the delivery people took the entire box. That was 2 weeks ago and I have yet to receive a reply but have received a daily barrage of advertising and newsletters that I cant seem to get to stop coming! I asked customer service to advise me as to what to do and I guess they are giving me the silent treatment when it comes to anything but ads! I will persist but why do we consumers have to spend so much time asking for help when we buy sellers' products? They need to stop emailing me with all their junk mail and answer my email. It is the least they can do to help a customer!
