I ordered this product and it was backordered several weeks. When it arrived it was shattered into shards. Kudos to WineEnthusiast.com for offering a sight-unseen replacement. However, the replacement is also backordered. Must be a popular product!

Product is nice, but not worth the price. Customer service was very poor - product was on back order, but I was never notified. When I called to inquire about the order (a month after ordering, with no word from WE after my order confirmation) the service rep acted as if he didn't care the product was delayed or that I had not been notified. I will not order from this company again.

The product is okay, but I ordered it 2 weeks before Christmas as a gift for someone and they did not receive it till almost the end of January. When I called to inquire about it after Christmas they just said "yes we were supposed to have those items there by Christmas but we had issues and now our manufacturers are closed till New Years so there really isn't anyting we can do." I was beginning to think I got scammed and would never actually receive anything but finally about 3 weeks after calling them I did receive the package. I do not think I will be purchasing anything here again. The product is not worth the hassle.

I had to wait 6 weeks and when i finally got the messages it was being sent it took another two weeks before I got it. I called several times and never got an answer as to where it was. thou I was told someone would get back to me and never did.

Came very late. Customer service took 5 contacts to figure out where the product was.

I am NOT happy at ALL with the service i received. I ordered this product on November 20, 2012 and was guaranteed Christmas delivery. I called in one week prior to Christmas as it still had not shipped and was promised that when it shipped it would be expidited. The Thursday before Christmas I received a shipment confirmation telling me the item would be delivered on 12/27/12, that is two days AFTER Christmas. I ordered this product with plenty of time for Christmas delivery. I was very upset, I showed up to Christmas with my in laws with NO gift to give them. When i Called about this I was promised a refund IN FULL, that is not what I asked for but it was what i was offered, now i feel like it was just to get me off the phone. When nothing had been refunded I called the company back only to be told i was not offered a refund in full but only a refund of the shipping. When i asked to speak with a supervisor i was told there were none and if i needed further assistance i needed to send an email. This is probably the worst service i've ever gotten and i was terribly disapointed.
