I wasn't going to leave a review for this, but I kept getting emails asking me to, so here ya go:I ordered this product on December 2, 2012 for delivery before Christmas, which was something advertised on the site as "Guaranteed." I called on the 20th, and was reassured delivery was on schedule. Needless to say my order didn't arrive by Christmas; it didn't arrive until January 3rd. Not only was it late, but it was SO late that the person i had bought it for was no longer in town and I had to ship it to them on my own dollar. On top of being late, the custom printing was off-center. To say this situation "ruined christmas" is a little dramatic, but it did make me feel and look stupid when I had no gift to exchange. I would not consider ordering from this company again.

I ordered this product in mid-December as a Christmas gift. The "product" arrived on December 21, but the box contained a six bottle wine cooler. I called customer service on Christmas Eve and was told that the correct item would be shipped that day, and to please return the incorrect item (which we promptly did). In addition, I was told I would receive a refund on my shipping charges. As of today, I still haven't seen a refund on my shipping charges. Moreover, I was informed that the product never shipped on 12/24 and is now on back order, and likely not to arrive until the end of 2ruary. I asked if there was any other way to reconcile the several mistakes and I was informed that, "we'll look into it." I love your stuff but this has been a very bad experience - particularly since this is a much-needed gift for my Dad's cellar.

Was promised by Xmas delivery...didn't arrive. Called to canx after over a week late. Got full refund (thank you). Item arrived 2 weeks after cancelation. Good thing I got my refund when I did, personalization was spelled wrong (Pittsburgh was spelled Pittsburge). Verified my confirmation email and I spelled everything correctly. Manufacturer error. Beyond disappointed. Was promised gift cards as compensation for inconvenience, two different times, never received either. No biggie as I was refunded with no hassle, but it looks like the right hand isn't talking to the left. If you're looking for a product that is not a headache to order this is not it. Wish it was because other than the mis spelling my husband loves it.

Delivery took 4 weeks, and no one at the Wine Enthusiast seemed to know where the item was during that time. Do not order these if you need it quickly.

Delivery was NOT promt at all. Before I ordered this item I called your customer service person & they assured me that ordering it on 11-28-2012 it would be here before 12-17-2012. It was not! I started calling that week & it wasnt even shipped yet.. I had to come up to my office on my day off on Christmas Eve & wait for the UPS truck. Luckily it was there. But not happy about the way it was handled at all!

Delivery was at the longer end of the expected timeline provided.Product was not broken.Customer Service needed additional information on product imperfections other than the original email and photos submitted.

Shipment was GUARANTEED for Christmas. Late 2ruary I had to email them a third time, after which it did FINALLY arrive. I was absolutely FURIOUS! I couldn't even change the shipping location, which was yet another inconvenience. Customer service did give me a coupon for future shopping, but it hardly made up for the serious annoyances and I can't say I ever want to order from this company again.

I had to call 3 (yes, 3) times and wait on hold to get any sort of delivery status update because these particular glasses are made by a third party and Wine Enthusiast has NO contol over the timing. I was assured they had shipped and would definitely arrive on or before Christmas!! They did not arrive until 3 days later! I was VERY disappointed that they didn't just tell me the accurate information when I had called 3 times. Very disappointing. I will not be ordering from here again.
