“Though I’m not a chocolate connoisseur, most of my family and several friends bathe in its decadence, after reading an article about Ruby chocolate a few years ago, my interest was peaked and a few weeks ago, it seemed to be the right time to give it a try. The initial appeal was the color, I felt it would be a wonderful addition to a buttercream, offering a lovely hue, upon arrival, I was very keen to try it; this chocolate has a fruity bite, I wouldn’t classify it as strawberry but would say it’s similar to the bite one gets from raspberry without the tartness; the discs are smooth and melt easily on the tongue. Though I’ve not prepared anything, yet, there are several ideas of the many wonderful creations that will result from this unique chocolate, I’ll definitely be purchasing it again”
